This mouse is absolutely A M A Z I N G!!
The Redragon M711 COBRA is an AWESOME mouse for the price!! It stands at the same level as some other more expensive mice out there for sure. Came in an Amazon box (*wow*) with bubble plastic bag to protect the mouse box (yeah, there's also the mouse box, don't worry). Inside you will find the Mouse, of course, a user manual and a CD to install the software to edit your mouse settings: don't worry if you can't use CDs, the software can be downloaded directly from the Redragon website. Features: -Braided black cable 1.8 meters long -USB 3.0, gold plated -100-10000 DPI -9 programmable buttons -7 different RGB editable lightning modes -5 adjustable DPI levels -5 modes to save your presets (such as key binding, light colors, dpi setting etc) -Property software to edit all of these settings ^^^ -Button on the bottom to switch between modes Buttons: Left, right, wheel click, two side ones, 3 on top (by default they are: dpi up, dpi down, and switch color mode) + wheel scroll up and down (considered as 1 button, these two moves can be edited as well to do different things instead of scrolling!) All these keys can be edited in the software, to do (almost) whatever you want. Lightning modes: 7: Breathing, Rainbow, Full lighted, Wave (this is by far the best one in my opinion), "go without trace", reactive, flash; + off These can be edited as well in the software by changing the default colors, the time that takes to change colors, etc etc... DPI: You can set up to 5 different dpi levels that can be switched just by pressing a button on the mouse! This can be set up to 10000 dpi (I don't know who's gonna use 10000 dpi, but hey, you can do it). When you switch between dpi modes you will see the mouse lightning up on a default color based on the mode you just moved to: in order from 1st to 5th mode, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow. Modes: Again, you can save your presets on files directly on your computer: I don't think they can be saved directly on the mouse, since I've recently formatted my computer and lost my preset (not a big deal to be honest) OVERALL: Great mouse, feels very durable, clicks sound good, material feels great, wheel moves very well, rgb lightning is totally gorgeous, the bottom as two plastic stripes to make the mouse move really smoothly on the surface. BIG PRO: The sides of the mouse are not made of flat plastic, but are instead "rugged" (I don't know how to explain, but you can see from the pictures what I mean sorry). SAME for ONE of the two side buttons: this is very useful cause it lets you know which button your pressing without even thinking, since one is flat plastic while the other is rugged plastic. Just one con: The software looks very easy to use, but in my opinion it's not: for example, in order to change the DPI settings you have to change the value, save the file, load the file, click OK and only THEN you'll see the difference. I would have prefered to see the dpi changes right while editing them. This is not a big deal tho, it just requires you a couple of minutes to figure out of to correctly use the software, but again, not a big deal. About the company: Redragon seems to be a very serious emerging company, with a good customer service and, again, great products for good prices! Looking forward to buy a mechanical keyboard from them! CONCLUSIONS: I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mouse to everyone, even if your budget is 10/15$ higher than its price, you can buy this product with no problems and be 100% satisfied! (and save those 10/15$ for something else ;) ) You can't go wrong with this mouse! *this was not a paid review or promotion review or whatever, this was made by myself, after having bought this mouse and used it for a while now, on my will, to inform other customers about the quality of the mouse* *of course a good coupon from Redragon for a keyboard will be highly appreciated for this review ;) .... just kidding ahah* IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT MOUSE, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS!!

M711 Best Mouse Ever!!
First I have to say that as a Computer Tech I have used a ton of different mice over the years. I had been using a Microsoft mouse that I have really liked fore many years. I wanted to add some pizzazz to my set up so I recently added a gaming keyboard. I wanted a mouse that would complement the keyboard so I started looking at different brands of mice comparing features and reading reviews. I wanted the best without breaking the bank. After much consideration, I purchased the M711 and it is the best mouse I have ever used, period. I use it for some gaming but also for daily use as well. Since I hate using any extra software, I wanted one that would have settings available when I first plug it in. Upon receiving the mouse, I was very pleased with the quality of the way the mouse was packaged. I already knew the quality I was about to find inside. The mouse has a quality and solid feel to it when using it. It is extremely comfortable. I have an average size hand and it feels so good to use it. No hand fatigue at all. The DPI settings are easily changed on thew fly with the pre-programmed buttons on the top of the mouse behind the scroll wheel. You can also make some fine adjustments with the mouse settings right in Windows. You do not have to install the included software to enjoy this mouse. I cannot review the software since I have never installed it or had a need to. There were enough settings to play around with just using the top buttons of the mouse. If you really want to customize the colors, you can install and do so using the software disc included. I am using this mouse mainly for everyday use and the couple of games I do play, it works like a charm. The scroll wheel has a solid feel and is very accurate. The left and right click buttons are wonderfully comfortable to use and are actually quite quiet. The lighting effects are great and add a nice touch to all the other great features. The best part, this device will not break the bank. This is a 5 star item all the way. Pros: Solid feel. Quality construction. No software needed. Comfortable and glides easily across the mouse pad. Perfect Price. Cons: None

A decent mouse that will last a decent amount of time.
I had to get a new mouse to replace this one when the scroll wheel started to die. Its sensor worked perfectly fine, but the slight clicking of the wheel as you scroll with it completely disappeared. In other words, scrolling with the wheel was entirely smooth, with no resistance whatsoever, and it wasn't particularly good for gaming, or doing much of anything, really. Now, that's not to rag on this mouse. It does its job. It's flashy, comfortable, responsive, has options, and overall does the job when it needs to get done. It lasted me for about 3 years of light - moderate usage. I sometimes used it to game, but more often than not I would use it when browsing the internet, and I would also often use a controller while gaming. It didn't last much longer than the average mouse would, but it also didn't really die sooner. My only real complaint with the mouse is the fact that it took a little too much effort to find the software to change the color of the RGB to something I specifically picked. So much effort, in fact, that when I built a new computer that didn't include the software, I opted to keep it doing its rainbow wave, or pulsation, or only lighting up when it was actively being moved (it did all of them depending on the mode it was in) until I received a new gaming mouse as a gift. If you're just getting into PC gaming, or you just want a mouse that's more interesting to look at, this is a great option that's also budget friendly. It won't break any records, but it won't break the bank either. I would recommend this product to anyone that thinks that this would be a good option.

Very classy mouse - recommended
First- thanks to Redragon for a great customer experience. The first mouse that got shipped out had a slight "scraping" happening with the scroll wheel. After discussing the issue with them, they immediately sent me a new replacement which is functioning perfectly. The mouse feels very "high end," if that makes sense, even given the primarily plastic construction. It ships in a very boutique-feeling latched plastic case that includes a Redragon sticker and the mouse manual. It becomes immediately obvious that it is intended to compete with the Death Adder offering by Razer, given its shape, etc. As it costs a good deal less, yet still offers an impressive level of function and customization, it's worth a look/try. I am a very light gamer - but so far, the mouse has performed admirably, and it feels like a very solid product. The software is easy to use, and seems to take up very few computer resources. The RGB lighting is super flexible, and it can be set to display in any number of ways. You have several options available without using the software; however, certain schemes, such as solid colors, are only available through the software. The DPI switches on the mouse work great (for on-the-fly changes) as well. I am using a setting of 1000 DPI and a 500hz polling rate. This has given me a very smooth and precise 'feel' to the mouse - allowing precision item selection, etc. All in all this is a phenomenal mouse for just north of twenty dollars. The only "con" I can think of is the cord - which is nicely braided but a bit stiff. I think this is the case for quite a few of the wired gaming mice out there, so it's certainly not a big deal (and it's really not bothering me much at all). I figured it was worth mentioning in any case. Highly recommended.

This mouse replaced my G502!!!!
I like to go to a lot of friends' houses and usually I play pc games whenever I am at a friends house. However I usually I have a certain taste in mouse design and I don't want to take my main mouse, which is the G502, to other house since it's my main mouse. So I searched for a secondary mouse that I can get for cheap and use whenever I am at a friend's house. Now when I purchased this I was expecting a cheap Chinese knock off mouse that will feel like an empty box. But I soon realized that is far from the case. This is build very well for a 20 dollar mouse actually, its just plain built well. The top of the mouse feels like a rubber type material, on the sides it's textured plastic. It's light but not enough to feel cheap. It's design and shape fits great in my hand. My hand grip type is fingerprint grip. But my friend who uses a claw grip says he loves it over his main mouse, the razer deathadder chroma. And I agree. I found my self using this mouse instead of my G502 for it's amazing design, weight, and buttons. However it does have it's flaws. The sensor can be tripped out when slam tilting. Which is when you slam the mouse at the mousepad while trying to move your sight/cursor. Now I don't do that alot so the sensor worked perfectly for me. The cord isn't very flexible but this can be fized with a good set up or a bungie cord which I use. The software that comes with it is hard to get it running but once you do it's a pretty good. Nothing on the razer chrome or icue level of software but it gets the job done. The lift off distance is small. Just thought I should include that. So in conclusion, It's a great mouse in fact I bought this mouse 3 times as christmas gifts for my friends. And they all love it. Any of the flaws on this mouse is not a deal breaker it can be over look since it is only 20 dollars. I totally recommend this mouse.

Solid build/Can't beat the price
Out of all the mice I've ever owned, I took a gamble on this one due to its low price. I was expecting a 50/50 toss up in terms of quality but was hoping for the best. And boy did it deliver! I've owned an M711 Cobra since Feb 2024, and aside from some of the rubber coating wearing away on the left click, it operates flawlessly. For its current sale price of $16.99, hands down cannot be beat. If this mouse were to go out after writing this review I'd totally purchase another. I mean we're talkin $20-ish bucks and less on a sale for nearly 2 years of solid use. Great product Redragon!!

Best mouse ever!!!!!
I dont know how to start this but there are so many good thing about this mouse. Lets start with the appearance. The mouse is absolutely gorgeous. Very single lightning modes of this mouse are abosulty gorgeous. They look very great. And yes you can change the lightning without having to use the software. The software works on all platforms. Yes that includes Mac. It is very easy to use. Okay if I were to compare this mouse To another mouse I would say its about as good as the razor death adder elite. It has the same functions and doesn’t lack in tracking speed durability and ergonomics. It good for all games. It also very comfortable to sue for just office work. Next the features. I play a lot of Minecraft yes servers like hypixel. One of the main reasons I chose this mouse was because I heard it can drag click. And yes it can. In minecarft cps is important. I can get 16 cps short dragging and almost 30 cps while long dragging. It CNA butterfly click and jitter click as well. The Pads on the mouse help it move very smoothly even without a mouse pad. For shooting games or games where you need to move fats this mouse is the best. It had a Greta tracking speed which helps a lot when playing these. It has a very good sensor which is probably the second best for gaming in my opinion. It Can stand up to Very high end mosques like Razer. And compared to other 20 dollar mosques this one beats them all. Also very smooth right and left clicks. The scroll wheel is very smooth and durable. You can adjust the scroll speed. Overall if your deciding whether or not you should buy this mouse I 100% recommend that you should.

They went cheap on the mouse cable
The mouse works fine. However, the cable of the mouse is really flimsy, and feels like it is made from shoelace material. That’s how soft it feels, and will not offer much protection to the wires inside. Not sure how long it will last, which is a shame, because the actual mouse itself is good.
