Best to start w/2-3 Taber daily. After a month or so or alternate days 1 a day & or 2 a day after being on them awhile. Other perks for those of us who if bath daily or 2 times daily you might cam skip one occasionally. I use witch hazel in a spray bottle with wash cloth or on wet wipes. I had terrible foot oder. If I take these on a reg basis 2 a day my foot oder is almost non existent. My feet still get wet from so much sweat in closed shoes & sometimes even in sandles. But the oder is 95% better. This may all vary from person to person if hv a big problem w/body odor.
