I purchased a like new keyboard and this keyboard is fantastic. Love the wrist pad and the design of this keyboard is easy to use and very comfortable. Got it for 13.00 and I was presently surprised of my savings and it's professional feel and look. Highly recommend !

My artech Arteck Bluetooth Universal Wave Comfortable Keyboard on-off switch stopped working. The keyboard will not turn on when moved the knob to 'on' position. I contacted arteck seller and told them about the 2 -year warrenty. The seller was kind enough to shop a brand new replacement keyboard with no charge. I am very impressed with their customer service and will strongly recommend this seller for anyone looking to purchase this keyboard.

***********ANOTHER EDIT: The replacement keyboard AND the 2ndkeyboard we purchased started having the SAME spacebar issues after 2 months. We are not purchasing this brand anymore and have moved to another that has had not issues after 2 months. Changed the stars to 1 star because it is ANNOYING to have to go through your document to separate words because it became 1 long word. Reading through other reviews, it seems this is common and luckily, so far, it is just the spacebar and not other keys that others are having issues with. ******* ******EDIT: Replaced the keyboard with the exact same one and have had no issues. In my opinion it was the 1st keyboards issue because the replacement keyboard has not had any issues! I raised my rating, and I had no issues returning the prior keyboard and receiving the new one. ******** The keyboard is nice and works fine EXCEPT the spacebar. Since the start the spacebar has decided when it wants to actually do a space between words. At first I thought it could be me but as the days progress, and I am paying attention,it seems to be a glitch. See, it just did itagain. UGH!!!!! It is not a small issue because this keyboard is used for work and it isnot something I should be spending time to fix when writingemails, contracts, etc.... I have had NO issues with any other key BUTthe spacebar.

This keyboard is well made and the battery life is good. It connects quickly and easily to my computer. My complaint is that I just can't get my hands used to the design/layout. I can't put my finger on exactly why (no pun intended). I work with keyboards at home and work that are different shapes and sizes, but something about this one always feels awkward. I feel like I make a lot of typing mistakes with it. Also, had to remap a few keys to work better with my mac. The placement of the option and command keys is reversed, compared to all of my other keyboards.

Three full years have passed since I purchased this keyboard in December of 2022, and I feel very good about recommending it to others! —Stand-out positive points: I really like how this keyboard can pair to three devices and is compatible with more than one operating system, which means I can easily switch its connection between my Windows laptop, macOS desktop, and iOS tablet. After using this keyboard for hours of daily use over the course of three full years, it still looks brand new (photo taken today for this review), it hasn’t caused any hand or wrist problems, and it continues to handle the same amount of daily usage without any significant, long-term, or persistent issues. —Minor points of criticism: It took some getting used to at first because the keys are slightly smaller and closer together than my previous keyboard, but it didn’t take long to adapt and type just as quickly as I had before. As others have mentioned, I have experienced a couple of instances where some keys malfunctioned, but this was quickly remedied by turning the keyboard off and back on again, and it has not been an ongoing issue in my case.

I wanted a full sized bluetooth keyboard for my notebook PC, in part, so I could use the numeric keypad to enter ASCII codes for German and European characters. The bluetooth pairing is the best of any device I've ever had. First time, immediate connection; subsequent connectings instant. I would have preferrred standard batteries, and the USB battery charge does not last for a long time, but it is long enough. I keep the keyboard connected to the USB port on the PC when I am working at my desk. The action of the keyboard is way better than I expected. My expectation was that it would be adequete, but I find it among the best keyboard I have used. There is a slight bulge in the middle to emulate a natural keyboard, but the effect is minimal. For a bit more than $20, this keyboard is outstanding in terms of how it works and its value. Highly recommended. The soft wrist pad attaches with several magnets that hold well, but it separates easily and provides good comfort.

I received an email from the company's support team and they sent me a new keyboard. I LOVE IT! NO issue with the spacebar. The look is very sleek and I love the feel under my fingers. Its not too big but not too small. I also love the wrist rest that is magnetically attached to the keyboard. I'm very happy that I was sent another keyboard and that after a long hunt for my perfect keyboard, my search is over. Thanks Arteck! My old review: I loved this keyboard so much. it felt great in my hands, looked great onmy desk, thebluetooth worked perfectly but the spacebaris not sensitive enough as you can see by me just typing this comment. I really wish I could make it work but after a few days I don't think my hands can adjust to the way this is and I'll be returning it unfortunately

I ordered a Bluetooth keyboard through work and it was one of the traditional clunky ones; I’ve been used to using the keyboard on my laptop so really wanted to replace with a flatter one (think called “chiclet” keyboard?). I also really wanted a wrist support to go with it, so when I saw this one came with a magnetic one - also nice and thin - it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve not found anything else like it, so really recommend. The only thing I would change or have as another option would be to have the same keyboard just without the Num keys, so it’s less wide (and I don’t use them). Connected really easily to my laptop, and comfy to use.

I bought another Arteck keyboard, a flat keyboard with stainless steel effect and thought it was fine as it was wireless and sleek. Then I was offered this one to trial and, I have to say, it is great. The elevated wave through the keyboard, raising up the letter keys, makes typing very much more comfortable. No trouble at all connecting via blue tooth, two second job. The wrist rest is spot on and has been missing from my home office, without me realising it, it would seem. You don't miss what you don't have, but now I have it, I'm not giving it back! I rely on honest reviews when purchasing goods, and I can honestly say that this keyboard, whilst still just a keyboard, is worth the money.

Really nice keyboard and looks very high quality. keys are low rise, and support the hand comfort. Would have prefered the keys to be slightly wider like a full size keyboard (as advertised), but still happy and will need time to adjust. Connection via bluetooth works well and no lag. Hand rest is lovely, but again would have preferred a larger size.

Full size keyboard with Bluetooth connectivity. Looks great and can be connected to three devices. Keyboard quality is excellent and has full functionality. Battery can be charged while plugged in to your laptop or pc while using.
