This treadmill is heavy and not exactly tiny, but amazingly it can fold up and fit into a closet upright. This was a major selling point for us because we live in a smaller house. It takes a little bit of strength to fold it up and take it down (my wife probably could not do it on her own), but it takes all of 1 minute to do carefully, so definitely worth considering. -This treadmill can do a slight incline.
