Well written and perfect for my nursing class!

It’s exactly what I was looking for to start off the semester. I bought the book new. It came with the cover torn a little, but that could have happened from shipping and rough handling. Besides that it’s perfect for my research course.

Used but good, I need it for my masters.

Good book to have

The 10th edition was not as good as the 9th for the course I am completing - this one has everything I need at my fingertips.

Great book! Low rating becuase poor customer service and explanation to gain access to "The Point," Lippincott's online resources.I wish they would tell customers how to get access to their online code with books bought on Kindle/Amazon e-book. I didn't see anything on the product description about needing to go through extra steps to claim my The Point access code so I thought it would be on the front/back cover albeit electronic. I was upset when I couldn't find it and then had to contact Amazon because I thought they might have messed up and not sent me the code via email. After emailing and waiting on hold with Amazon; they told me I had to contact the publisher. Then I had to go through customer service with Lippincott to finally get my code. All of this could have been avoided by clear instruction in the product description for your Kindle/e-books.If you want the kindle access, you have to email Lippincott confirmation proving you bought the Kindle version, receive the case number, and then call them at 1 (800) 468-1128. Once you connect on the customer service number, give them your case number (be ready to prove your confirmation of purchase), and then they'll give you the access code.Hopefully this helps someone else! Avoid the days I spent working with customer service...

This book was needed for my Research of Nursing class. I was glad to find it here for a cheaper price than at my bookstore.
