Nice future lock alot of solution but there is no user manual i get every thing ok but I can’t conect it to wifi

Have been using it for 2 months now The lock is showing fully charged, but there was an episode where code/card did stopped working for hours. Had to get the manual key to open, was in a very stressed situation. After that, it kept happening more often, to the point that its no longer working anymore. I can only use manual key to open/lock the door

Gets rusted within 2 months by the UAE weather — not good. Only usable for indoor locks not frontdoor.
