I like this product a lot. I wish I could use it every day but I don’t have time in the mornings or I’m too lazy. I just wash my face like usual and apply toner then apply the product under my eyes. I leave them on for the said amount. I read that leaving them on for longer will actually reverse the process a bit. This product is best to use in the morning! Definitely made my under eyes feel more awake, supple, and moisturized. They looked less tired too.

These are great under-eye masks, esp. for the price (at the time of purchase, $15 for 15 pairs). They have the most ergonomic shape out of the different eye masks I've tried, and the texture of the hydrogel is soft and spongy rather than firm, which I prefer. They are saturated in product and immediately adhere well to the skin without sliding around, which allows you to get up and do other things while soaking in the benefits. Unlike some other eye masks, these do not irritate my sensitive skin. I would definitely recommend these to anyone new to eye masks or anyone looking for less plasticky feeling hydrogels.

I've only used this product a couple times and I don't think anything is going to do what I want it to do. But I'm pretty sure it helps with the under-eye puffiness and might even make my under eyes a little brighter looking. I haven't told anyone I'm using it and no one has noticed yet, so I'll write another review in a month or so if anyone says my eyes look different. I also wanted to say that this product stays in place on my face and it feels nice and cool and refreshing to my skin.

Holy cow I really didn’t have faith In these at all I said to myself at least I will feel pampered and get some moisture around my eyes—- well I will be adding these to my beauty regimen - I have been doing retin-a and been having dryness around my eyes and although u moisturize it still didn’t relieve the itching but these are so awesome - not only do I feel pampered but I like that they’re individually wrapped, and I love how they work on my eyes they feel hydrated and very smooth !! You will get used to taking them out of the packets it’s not rocket science just flip open and put the scoopy part down like if u wear contacts there’s the tiniest concave shape to them I find when I put that part down it holds nicely - but either way they hold and they carry a lot of product so no skimping there. I am giving some to my mother and sister in law . Really love them and the ingredients. 🥰😍

I liked these masks. I put mine in the fridge and tried to use them 2-3x a week so I would not go through them as fast. I think they are good but need to be used for a few months to notice significant changes if that. Will stick with my face masks but overall good product. Would recommend putting them in the fridge because of the cool feeling when applying.

I am a skincare junkie and am constantly trying out new products. I came across these in a Buzzfeed article and bought them immediate because why not for this price. I absolutely love them! I put them in the fridge so they are cold when I first put them on. They seem like they won't stick to your face when you first go to put them on, but it's just the slipperiness of the serum. Once on, I sort of forget about them because they are light. They start out really full and squishy with serum but by the time your ready to take them off, your skin has absorbed all of the serum and all that's left is this gold flake that you peel off. They moisture and depuff amazingly. These will remain a regular tool in my skincare arsenal.

I want to commend you on your patches. They are amazing. I took the advice that was listed on the box and put them in the refrigerator. I have always had a bit of puffiness under my eyes and had tried alp of products. But cudos to you there GREAT!!! After opening the package the patches are contained nicely on a plastic that is molded perfect for the patches to lay in. Now, the wow effect, I took one out and what felt like a slippery thin fish I placed one of the patches under my eye. First, it’s so refreshing being cold cause it gives your under eyes feel amazing. So I continued to place the other. I let them set for 15-20 minutes. They adhere very nice as long as your not up doing jump and jacks. I removed the patches and let the remaining soak in skin, but there wasn’t much because it soaks in the skin while on your skin. My puffiness has decreased by approximately 85% and for me that means a lot. I love your product and I do recommend the patches.

These feel great on: soothing, and I even put them in the fridge to get more puffiness reduction and just that nice, cool sensation. But not long after I took them off (and no, I did not leave them on longer than the suggested amount of time), the outside edges of my under-eye area started to itch and burn slightly, and sure enough, when I woke up this morning, I looked like this. And those red patches are really sensitive and tender. I know that whatever I put on that area next is going to burn. I'm the first to admit that I have _extremely_ sensitive skin, but anything made for the eye area should be _beyond_ gentle. Not to mention that all of the product reviews made me feel like this purchase would be a no-brainer. Last, and this is incidental at best, but every time I opened a package of these lil buggers (I gave 'em 3 chances), one mask _always_ got stuck to the inside of its package. I had to pull and slide it out such that it felt like most of the serum was lost inside the foil. For the record, this redness and itchy irritation did occur all 3 times I tried these eye masks, but the first two times were slightly less obvious, so I tried them one more time to make sure it was indeed these that were the culprit.
