Cheap and Effective
I wanted to have a connector rather than directly soldering my brushless motors to the ESC's and these worked perfectly. The sleeves are really needed if you use 18awg wire since it's challenging to get heatshrink to properly fit over the lugs. These ones also have enough holding power without being too hard to pull apart.

Why didn’t I think of this!
Ideal for 18awg or above . 16awg is not ideal for feeding through the holes. Out side of that I hope to never crash and need to replace any motors but if I do, this is a great solution for replacing your motor’s without having to de-solder ESCs. Unplug and go

Reliable, high-quality connectors for clean RC builds
I bought this 20-pair set of Amass MR30 connectors to clean up the wiring on my latest drone build, and they are a huge improvement over standard bullets or heavy XT60s for smaller components. Why these connectors are great: Perfect for Three-Wire Connections: These are specifically designed for brushless motor-to-ESC connections. Having all three wires in one keyed plug makes the build look professional and prevents you from accidentally plugging them in backward. Genuine Amass Quality: The gold plating is excellent and the high-temp nylon handles soldering heat very well. I didn't have any issues with the housing melting or the pins shifting while I was working on them. Included Sheaths: The snap-on protective sheaths are a lifesaver. They eliminate the need for messy heat shrink tubing over the solder joints, which makes the finished wire look much cleaner and provides great strain relief. Compact and Lightweight: They are tiny and weigh very little, making them ideal for sub-250g builds or smaller RC planes where every gram counts. Despite the size, the connection is very tight and secure. A quick tip for soldering: It helps to plug the male and female ends together while you are soldering. This acts as a heat sink and ensures the pins stay perfectly aligned if you happen to get the connector a bit too hot. Final Verdict: This is a 5-star product for any RC enthusiast. You get a ton of connectors for the price, and the quality is exactly what you expect from Amass. They make your wiring more reliable and your maintenance much faster since you can swap motors in seconds.

Genuine Amass MR30 connectors!
These MR30 connectors seem to be genuine Amass. There are a lot of fakes out there. Well made. Very handy for 3 phase PMDC motor connections, or any other 3 wire connection that these are adequate for electrically.

Great connector, tight fitting but there’s a solution!
These connectors are exactly what we were looking for. All the solder lugs especially the third pin or center pin is just as large to easily solder 18 gauge wires to. The hood is great too because it has full depth insulating dividers and no need for heat shrink tubing over each lug. The reason for the 4 stars is as one user mentioned, the contacts are way to tight. The solution to fix this problem is to purchase the smallest needle nose pliers and grind the pliers thinner so you can insert it half way into the plug and squeeze the X pair of contacts together.

It melts easily. Then it’s impossible to close and lock. Not recommended.
