I have an extreme tendency to chronic hand dermatitis. I have been buying cotton gloves for over 20 years. I have used many brands at many different price ranges including Aladerm (sp?) for years which were about $13.00/pair these by far are my favorite most effective, comfortable and best fitting gloves EVER. I use them under rubber or vinyl gloves when cleaning, painting/remodeling house, etc etc. I put heavy cream on slip on these gloves then rubber or vinyl gloves. Or at night just heavy cream and these gloves. It's been several years since I've had an exzema (hand dermatitis) outbreak. Not sure what your purpose for them would be, but they won't dissapoint. I have purchased about 8 pair for fear I won't be able to find again. **Q: I have small hands. Would these fall off while sleeping? Does the lotion seep through and get on sheets/pillow?** A: these are definitely bigger than another brand "GODDESS GLOVES Malcolm's Miracle Moisture Jamzz Moisturizing Gloves" which were VERY TIGHT on me, but i have bigger sized hands for a 5'4" 125 lb woman. these aqasentials stretch out and are for me, quite comfortable. I do not think they would ever fall off, but they do get loose around the fingers. lotion doesnt leak through, but i did use a greasy ointment on my palms and it left a grease mark on the palm of the glove, i suppose if i had put even more on it could have seeped onto my sheets. a regular thick lotion i apply liberally on my hands (vanicream) doesnt seep through these. **Q: I use bag balm at night. Would this help to not leave oily residue on sheets?** A: I put lotion or prescription cream on my hands and use these gloves at night, it doesn't leave anything on the sheets, not sure how greasy the bag balm is, but my prescription cream is pretty greasy. **Q: Most "one-size-fits-all" are usually too small for me, as they are intended for women. Would this fit medium-size men's hands?** A: I usually wear medium sized latex gloves, and this glove fit me well. After I washed them, they seemed more snug than the original fit I experienced, but loosened up fast, and I have been able to continue using them for several weeks now, with intermittent washing and line drying.
