Yes, but you would need to trim the front area of them until they fit into your shoes. I can tell you this, they're very comfortable and make me an inch taller.

Are these air technology

I have no clue what air tech is. I use them on my right leg which 1/2 shorter than the left leg due to a hip replacement that did not go perfect. They are very light and after a few minutes I do not realize it is in my shoe. I will be purchasing another pair , switching it from shoe to shoe is a pain in the ass.
