Absolutely TERRIBLE - The Worst Watch On The Planet - DO NOT BUY! This watch is, without a doubt, the most frustrating, poorly designed, and utterly useless tech product I have ever encountered. The User Interface and User Experience are so incredibly poor that it's mind-boggling how this product ever made it to market. It's clear the developers went backwards in time with their coding, and the issues just keep piling up, making this watch not just bad, but actively detrimental. Adding insult to injury, for the past three days, we haven't even been able to log in to the app AT ALL! This renders the watch completely useless. And to top it off, the battery indicator is completely faulty, showing a constant 1% for days even when fully charged, making it impossible to know the actual battery level – a critical failure for a device meant to keep track of a child. Here's why this watch is a complete disaster: Broken Time Zones: This is a fundamental flaw. The watch refuses to change from Indian Standard Time (IST), even when manually set by the parent. If your child is outside India, the time displayed will always be wrong. Dangerous "Study Mode": This feature is not just useless; it's a critical safety hazard. When activated for school or study time, parents cannot call their child, which is ridiculous and dangerous in an emergency. Even more incredibly, if a child is in trouble during this downtime, the SOS function does not work! Only the time is displayed, which, again, is incorrect if outside India! This is absolutely unacceptable for a device meant for a child's safety. Non-Existent Location Alerts & Tracking: The "safe zone" alerts are a joke. They don't come as immediate push notifications. Instead, you have to manually open the app to see if your child has left a designated area. How does that make any sense for urgent safety alerts? The location tracking itself is also highly unreliable, frequently showing my child in completely the wrong place, even when they're at home. Furthermore, even sitting right next to the phone, the "find watch" option simply doesn't work. No Wi-Fi Connectivity & Network Issues: In this day and age, a smart device that can't connect to Wi-Fi is mind-boggling. The watch solely relies on 4G data, meaning you're constantly burning through your data plan, even when your child is at home with Wi-Fi readily available. Not to mention the radiation 4G emits! This is just plain bad technology and a waste of money. To make matters worse, despite being next to a high-speed Wi-Fi and full 5G network, trying to call the watch using the app gives a generic "check network" error. This is beyond frustrating. Fake Video Calling: Despite being advertised as a video calling device, there is no functional option on the parent's app to actually make a video call to the child. It's a completely useless, misleading feature. India-Only Functionality (Undisclosed): Nowhere on the product's website is it mentioned that this watch is primarily designed for use only in India. Users discover this crucial limitation only after purchasing and trying to use it abroad. This watch is an absolute waste of money and does not perform any of its promised functions reliably. I cannot stress enough: do not buy this watch. If there was an option for negative stars, I would gladly give it -10 or -20. The software engineers behind this product seem to have gone out of their way to create the most impractical and user-unfriendly system imaginable. Frankly, this product should be called "Nonsense Buddy" instead of "Noise Buddy."

For kids it's so useful product. If kids had some problems like they lost in a carnival so it is so useful

The product quality is very good 👍. The starp and the dial frame are sturdy, and built as per the kids usage. A series of reminders can be set in this watch like water time, bed time, milk time. Etc. Few can be customised as well, like toilet timings. The reminders are working obsolutely fine. Few minor customisation words are not reflecting on screen, but that is OK, as it doesn't affect the watch usage. The watch is overpriced little, if we compare with other similar brands. But, on the usage and features idea, this is better one. It doesn't have calling features. But, one can send message to kids through alert message features given in the mobile app. The vibration alert can be customised. The available colors are black, pink and blue. Sometimes the price of pink colur is surged due to demand in color. The black and blue colours are not changed with surge prices. This watch is better than the previous model -noise champ.

4 days review after receiving delivery of the watch. Gifted my 6 years old Son to keep a track of him inside the society..most of the times its showing wrong location far off as much as 10-15 kms away n many times it shows the nearest location. Dnt show the exact location as being claimed in the product description. One have to log in to the app in your mobile most of the time you want to keep a track of the watch..the watch contact list vanished many times n i have to redo keeping the watch contacts everytime it disappears. Yes, we can call & video call contacts from the mobile..camera is okish, the sound quality is quite low n one cnt hear it even if you are inside your room, outside toh its worst, you cnt hear it at all..battery is good, color of the watch is fine & soothing. Not much in the watch (like no games) which is good rather as it saves battery life n my son wont engage in the watch once he is outside..basic purpose is to call & update from anywhere. I dnt like it but i am glad i bought this, coz it save my efforts of finding my son. Highly priced as i paid Rs. 5499 for Explorer but not worth that price. Otherwise, its a OK product for young kids to keep a track.

Connects well, good voice quality

I bought this calling watch a month back for my daughter and it has been an absolute nightmare since. Here is my experience: - The watch when delivered worked fine. I inserted the SIM and charged. All well so far. However, after the first charge got finished, the watch refused to charge again. - We tried to charge for 3-4 days after which we registered a complaint with Noise. The portal said that you will get a reply in 2 days. But we got no response at all from Noise for 7 days. After that we got a call. - The person tried to get it trouble shooted on phone but it failed again. So he registered for reverse pickup. - The reverse pickup happened after 2 days and they said you will get it fixed in 7-14 days. - After 4 days we get a reply that your watch is getting tested. Same autogenerated message delivered after 2 days. - Then another message that someone will call you from Noise in next 24 hrs. But no response for another 7 days. - After all this, I call the customer care. He informs me that the watch is faulty but in such cases they send a replacement but they dont have any spare pieces right now. - Also, he mentioned that someone will call from their warehouse to check if I will be interested to take something else from Noise. On asking he conveniently mentioned that 'We do not have any refund policy' and that only the warehouse guy will tell what my options are. I have not got the call as yet but am still waiting. Its been a month when I bought this calling watch for my daughter on her birthday. Except for the first 3-4 days, we have not been able to use it. My idea was to buy a calling watch from a proper brand and hence went with Noise. I am deeply disappointed. Their product quality was poor and their service quality is pathetic. The service team guys are barely trained and their processes are very poor. I am hoping this will be resolved but am not sure. Deeply disappointed with Noise. Will update my experience henceforth.

The map tracking took time to sync like a day or two. Now the watch works perfectly fine. The battery back up is decent as well. All the other functions are working fine. This complaint after using 3 days my son fell down by bicycle and his hand was injured at the same time watch screen was damaged I raised a complaint on Amazon they said contact noise service centre, we tried but there is 🌟no customer care contact no🌟. Very bad service centre responded after 3 days by mail the screen cost they quoted is the watch cost that itself Rs.5399 we shocked 🤯 that to I had taken extended warranty on this, but that itself applied after 1 year now how to change this screen guard can u suggest? This is my compliant. So Don't go for this watch, this is too expensive for little ones and no proper guidens from *noise*
