Product is excellent. The design, colour and features are really good. Digital temperature indicator is cool. Water gets heated really quickly. It takes less than 10 minutes for a bucket of water to get heated from ~35 degree to ~ 50 degree. This is good for anyone to take a bath. If you want to take headbath then heat up to 60 degree which is likely to take anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes.However, I didn't receive a satisfactory installation from VGuard. Had to call a few times to get the slot fixed. The technician was interested in charging exorbitantly high for simple activities and materials.Companies like VGuard must focus on customer satisfaction and not let the franchises to create displeasure at the first instance.

Good model and service installation is good and neat

The media could not be loaded. Very bad after sales service in Surat Gujarat.It stopped working within 15 days,the reset button doesn't work.I recommend not to purchase it.They will keep making excuses for the repair.Customer service is a hoax. Customer service executive don't know how to talk and there is no way to report.My product has only a minor fault in the electric safety module (plug). But it's still not repaired yet.Have been calling them every day.I have been waiting from a month and it's still not working.Very bad experience.
