I had heard of LDN before reading this book, but I really didn’t know very much about it. Being interested in anything and everything medical I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to learn more! The book explains in great depth and detail what LDN is, why it is helpful, what it can be used to treat and also suggests treatment plans. There is a lot of medical jargon within the book and not everything is explained in layman's terms but don’t let that put you off, there is enough information there for anyone to get the gist of things! I really enjoyed reading through this one and will definitely be picking up books 1 and 2 in the near future! A big 5 stars! The book covers many different illnesses including cancer, depression, long covid, diabetes with evidence based research on how this wonder drug LDN can help patients recover from their illnesses. There is a lot of scientific literature and which is referenced at the back of the book. There are also case studies illustrating the effect of LDN has to help the patients. I have worked as a biomedical scientist in a diagnostic and research laboratory so this book is a great text book for me to refer to when needed. I especially enjoyed reading the chapters on cancer cases and pharmacology because It brought back all the knowledge I was taught in my BSc Biochemistry. In my current job, I work in an advanced diagnostic laboratory where I provide technical support in pathology and genetics to provide information for clinicians to treat many types of cancers including breast, lung and colorectal. I will be recommending this book to my colleagues.
