This set of 48 Artecho Square Chalk Premium, including 4 Fluorescent colours, arrived today. Every single one was in PERFECT condition - I say this because there are some folks who have said in their reviews that theirs arrived broken and complained that the packaging wasn't good enough. I have to say that the packaging on this set was very good, with two layers of foamy neoprene type packing on top of each of the layers of chalks and each individual chalk was nestled inside it's very own foam type 'bed', all this meant that any bumps during transit didn't break the chalks. I haven't tested every colour in the box, but I did test some and they were perfect. The colours are fabulous, and I could blend them easily just using my finger tip - although you will need to wash your hands otherwise you'll transfer the colours wherever you touch! (You can blend them using a scrap of old T-Shirt material to save your fingers!). The size of each chalk is [approx] 6.5cm and each one fits snugly into it's own cut out in the deeper foam. There are two layers of chalks. Each one can be removed from the box by using the little plastic tabs at the top and bottom of each layer, which is brilliant because it means it's easy to get the layers out, and easy to pop them back in the box when you've finished. I think they're great value for money and functional for all sorts of art or crafty purposes. They'd be lots of fun for children to use - but make sure you get them to wash their hands before they put their hands on the walls or furniture! All in all these really are very good value for money and I'm thoroughly pleased with them. Great for artists wanting to colour up or add even just a tint of something to a drawing. They're also fabulous for those folks who make their own miniatures (dolls house furniture etc) and like to use chalk to colour up their liquids of choice or items. I hope this review has been of help to you. I paid for my product and haven't received any incentive to give this product a 'glowing' review. This review is simply me summing up my own opinions of this product so that you can make any purchase based on an up to date and honest review.

Great selection of colours. Only a light touch required and the colours will blend easily. Colour stays where you put it unless you want to smudge it deliberately. The pastels are very small, but easy for anyone to use, unless you have very large hands! I was quite impressed with the quality.

Absolutely beautiful colours they’re so soft and easy to blend they go on the paper so smoothly and layer well. They’re soft to draw with but not in a crumble in your hand way obviously if used too rough they will break but they’re fantastic quality and range of colours for the price

日本製パステルは ハードパステルなので粉状にしないと柔らかいボケにはなりませんが こちらはソフトタイプなので擦って広げることができます 人物や風景にも使えそうです ただ肌の色が少ない

Tampoco es que sean muy económicas que digamos pero se supone que son de calidad profesional. Yo las uso para hacer cuadros con técnica mixta de grafito cera y tiza y quedan muy bien. No ensucian ni manchan mucho. Mi recomendación es que si son para niños por el precio no merece la pena pero si es para uso de adultos están muy bien. Es una buena marca y tiene durabilidad en el tiempo una vez terminado el trabajo. Pigmentan muy bien entre sí y mezclan muy bien para hacer paisajes son geniales para difuminar. El envío rápido como siempre en Amazon sin problema, pero no me gusto como venían embaladas ya que es un producto frágil que parte con facilidad y venían con una bolsita de papel envueltas, me extraño porque Amazon normalmente usa caja de cartón pero esta vez han venido con una bolsa de papel muy frágil, es la única pega que tengo por lo demás todo bien. Por suerte no vino ninguna rota pero tener en cuenta que las envían bastante desprotegidas
