I couldn’t tell you if they work but I dissolve one of these in a glass of water each day. Good taste, makes me feel as though I’m adding some goodness into my body, with all the vitamins and minerals. No sugars, natural; worth a try at a great price.

Natural, healthy and tasty. The only product I've found on Amazon without artificial sweeteners and colouring added. Recommended.

Great taste no sugar love it

Generally better than other vitamin products in terms of cleaner ingredients, however, don't be fooled by the 'no artificial sweeteners' claim. The product includes Sorbitol which is commonly used as a sweeneter. Expensive in this case for what it is.

I find these a great way to start the day. They are not too bitter or gritty unlike others I’ve tried before. I usually take mine with sparkling water which makes me feel like I’m having a fizzy drink. I do feel like I have more energy after taking them. I would recommend these tablets.
