The best Collagen product I have tried yet. Fine lines and wrinkles have subsided with increase comfort in joints. By far the best collagen out of dozens I have tried with the liposomal delivery there are zero complaints from me on this one.

Great addition to my coffee each morning. Love that it also has vitamin c to aid in natural collagen production. I actually have this on autoship so I'm never without it. It mixes in well, especially when using a frother. No taste, can't even tell it's in my coffee.

**Update: I downrated this by 1 star to 3 stars because I found it doesn’t dissolve as easily as other collagen powders I’ve used in the past. Included a pic of some clumps left in my coffee. I always pre-mix the collagen in a smaller amount of liquid to form a paste which makes it easier to try and crush clumps of powder. Even doing this as I do with all powders, I couldn’t get it all to dissolve or avoid clumps. **End Update This is similar to a lot of the other Type I/III collagen power supplements that you mix into your drinks. At $1.43/serving, this is pretty pricey as far as collagen powders go, which is why I rated this as 4 stars vs 5. The value/bang-for-buck isn't really there. It does contain some extras like Vitamin C and sunflower oil/lecithin, but Vit C is really cheap to add to your diet in other ways and I tend to doubt that the sunflower products really justify the premium. So this is one of those cases where you should just shop around and figure out what your priorities are (non-GMO, grass-fed sourcing, etc) and purchase from a reputable company that hits all your prioritized checkboxes for the best value. The taste of this powder is neutral and doesn't color the taste of the coffee/latte I added it to. It dissolved fairly easily and came with a scoop for easy measuring. So all around, a fine product, just on the expensive side.

I've been taking collagen for years, and recommend it to anyone with joint or back pain. Over the years I've learned that: 1. Pretty much all collagen powders, regardless of the brand or source are effective at relieving pain from inflammation, whether it's chronic or injury related. 2. Collagen sourced from bovines is significantly more effective than other sources. 3. Regular collagen without Vitamin C, PLUS something specifically targeting the skin, does almost nothing for my skin. 4. 18-20g once a day is what I personally need to maintain the benefits. 5. And finally, if I don't take it everyday, my chronic back pain quickly returns. This product isn’t really ideal for the beauty benefits, but it’s not bad for reducing joint pain. It dissolves easily in my almond milk, has absolutely no smell or flavor, and doesn't change the texture of the milk. The serving size of 14g is a little small, but it’s easy to add more. I will say, though, I’ve had better results with other collagen brands that don’t cost quite as much as this one. So, yes it works, but there are better options out there.

I'm using this for connective tissue support to build up my facia response for my as surgery In December. Recommended by a local physical therapist. Not sure how well it works but I'm expecting an easy recovery.
