The product didn’t seem like new
It was delivered but not with a brand’s official package and the cardboard box was made by someone roughly. The item looks new but we are not happy with it and returned it.

Iron takes out wrinkles very easily and glides really well. No hard pressing! It is versatile in that you can use it either with the chord or without.

It took me a very long time to come to a decision on which steam iron to purchase and this is what I chose at the end. I don't regret my decision after all as this iron delivers the goods.

Very pleased with this iron. Well designed and so much easier to use being cordless. Very fast heat up with good steam production. Large water reservoir avoids frequent refilling. This is a good quality product and good value. Highly recommended.
