Work excellent thanks
The Dragro sheep shears machine is very powerful and works very well! You can cut different sheep, and the effect is much better than expected. The thick wool is also easy to cut. It turns out that you can't cut the wool because you don't turn the pressure knob in place, and the blade pressure is not enough, and the cutting is not good. Since the knob is adjusted, the shearing has been much smoother! It's just that novices need to practice their hands more, be careful when advancing, don't use too much force, be careful to cut the sheep! The six-speed speed regulation is very easy to use, and the operation is very easy to use. The efficiency of shearing sheep's wool is much higher than that of traditional manual shears. However, you must pay attention to the sharpness of the blade when cutting, so as not to hurt the sheep. Shaving is really fast, reducing a lot of work and saving a lot of time. The cord is also long enough and more convenient to use. The instruction manual is very detailed, It teaches me to cut wool, stick the skin and push, the blade often drips oil, put a pot of warm soapy water next to it, and often lubricate and cool the blade, so that the blade can be maintained, reliable, good quality and not expensive!

Great product
These work great. Will cut fast in any direction. I use em on my dogs who have thick undercoat. Will heat up on the clipper part. I average one dog before they warm up. Let em rest for a while and do the other dog. They do have a cooling spray that will cool them but I'm not a sheep rancher and have plenty of time between dogs. Hope it helps

Strong and effecient, yet heavy and loud!
These sheep shears definitely get the job done — they cut through my dog’s thick double coat with no problem at all. The downside is that they’re quite heavy and a bit awkward to handle, which makes longer grooming sessions tiring. I also noticed the cut isn’t the most even; my pup looked a little patchy when I was finished. Still, for tough coats they work really well, just be prepared for the extra weight and practice needed to get a smoother finish. Also, it's very loud, which is expected. I was on the second and third speed setting.

Well made, variable speed option is a must have
Nice clippers! We needed to shear some sheep for blood testing and they worked great! We also own a different model without the variable speed. Definitely get the variable speed.

Worked perfectly on Molly our dog
These clippers worked perfectly on Molly our long haired dog. In the past we had bought every kind of animal clipper, and always got frustrated with how bad of a job they done and would end up cutting her hair with scissors. I decided to give these a try and was blown smack dap away. As fast as I could push these babies would cut a streak. They are plenty powerful. Some have said they are noisey, and they do make some noise. I don't know is Molly was so relieved to get a haircut and get the matted spots off her bottom that she didn't even care if they made noise. Molly was only bothered by the noise when cutting up around her head. However, I cannot alone place blame on the noise the clippers makes, because she doesn't like the scissors any better around her head. They seem like they are well made. Easy to clean after each cutting. I am happy, and if you are getting these for a dog that you have had a hard time finding a clipper that will cut their fine, thick hair, I believe you will be happy too.

Great budget shears
You can't beat it for the price. I've sheared 10 sheep so far and it works fine. I've been sure to follow the instructions and clean it well after every use. I don't expect the shears to perform like the outrageously priced competition but they get the job done just fine. They do run hot but keep a bucket of cold water handy and it'll be fine.

Sharp!
Work great! But too good. BE CAREFUL! So extremely sharp and if they knick, they go deep. Returning after first use because of this. Even with experience this is scary! Also super loud but thats expected with size.

Shear a Doodle
Shears worked great! I have a Golden doodle with fur as thick as a sheep and Matt’s at times. This allowed me to cut thru easily. Noise level was mild and didn’t bother my dog. Only down side is the weight of the shear. And would like to have comb attachment that wouldn’t cut as close to skin Highly recommend this tool
