The combination of heat, light, and vibration seemed to work effectively on skin. I had eye bags under eyes and no creams, lotion could reduce them. Surgery to remove eye bags cost $7000; that’s out of my budget. I knew that heat could thaw fats somewhat in eye bags yet I could not find a device, until now. I have applied this device in the morning and before bed, working on my eye bags and around eyes. I noticed that my eye bags reduced little. That meant it worked but worked slowly. I have to continue the routine for 3 months to see if it’s better. I will update then. Each time, I used this device around my eyes and on face for about 10 minutes. The battery was used up in 1 session. You have to recharge battery every time before use. UPDATE: After a month of using, I haven’t seen any further improvements on my eye bags. Eye bags are stubborn indeed ! I wish the heat on this device could increase up to 55 - 60 oC so that the fat pockets could be thawed; at current max 45oC on this device the fats that were formed in eye bags in a long time resisted to disappear. My verdict on this device: it can’t fight eye bags ! However, I have used this device to roll up and down all over my face and neck every night before bed for 10 minuted and noticed that my skin has looked little better compared to when nothing rolled on my face. Hence, this device is little useful for facial massage to enhance your facial skin.

Very relaxing vibration and enough heat to feel it without it being too hot. Very relaxing massage for my face. I also use in the morning, after I wash my face and before I put on moisturizer, to eliminate the dark circles under my eyes and the red light and vibration seem to work ... plus this is very good at relieving sinus pain and pressure. Both my husband and my son have used it when they each had sinus/head colds. Would highly recommend. Very good value for the price.

Great face tool! Use it daily to bring down puffiness around the eyes and nose. Heat setting is a bonus. Also very relaxing and a nice massage for the face.
