It works extremely well!! Was blown away at how fast it made beef jerky it called for 6 hours but it only took 4 hours and it was super crispy and delicious. Very quiet and very spacious. Seems very high quality and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a quality dehydrator. The rear fan makes it so easy to set and forget without having to worry about rearranging the trays.

This dehydrator is well-built, priced right, and incredibly easy to operate. I bought it specifically for drying herbs and making homemade yogurt, but it’s also perfect for our yearly tradition of making jerky and dried fruit. ​The controls are as simple as it gets—just set the time and temperature, and you’re in business. It runs very quietly with just a faint fan noise in the background; I actually keep it in my ranch office, and it doesn't bother me a bit while I work. ​It comes with several stainless racks that hold plenty of product. With a wide range of heat and time settings, it handles everything as slow or fast as you need. The wire grates work great for most things, but for soft fruits and vegetables, I’d recommend using the included plastic tray to keep things from sticking to the metal. ​I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with it. It’s a great addition to the place.

This COSORI Food Dehydrator is great. It works like a charm, is very quiet, the temperature is accurate and evenly distributed within the dehydrator, and the unit and trays are easy to clean. Additionally, their customer service is top notch. They respond right away and work hard and quickly to resolve any issues. Any machine can malfunction and it is great to know that Cosori is always there for their customers whenever they need that support.

I just got this dehydrator and I love it already. Maybe I should have gone bigger! It’s very easy to use and clean. Tray grids are nice and small so nothing is slipping through. I’ve used it for four batches already. Had to go buy more strawberries because my son loves them so much. I’m using it to dry extra greens and unused spinach right now. This will definitely reduce my fresh produce waste. Can’t wait to try out jerky! It’s also very quiet. Perfect for my small apartment.

The COSORI Food Dehydrator works really well and has plenty of space—the large tray capacity makes it easy to dehydrate big batches at once. It’s sturdy, runs quietly, and dries food evenly with great results every time. The only downside is cleaning the trays—they can be a bit time-consuming, especially after sticky foods like fruit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, still a great dehydrator and worth it!

My wife and I are so glad we bought this dehydrator. It's so easy to set up and use. Great for any dried fruits or veggies. We're also looking forward to using it for fish and meats. We recommend using parchment paper or a silicone mat on top of the provided stainless steel trays for wet or high-sugar fruits, like tomatoes and bananas. Great product - very high quality!!

I’m very happy with this food dehydrator. I used it to make my sugar cookies and it worked great. The heat distributes evenly and the cookies came out with the perfect texture. It’s also very easy to use and clean. Definitely a great tool if you enjoy making homemade snacks or trying new recipes. Highly recommend!

Excellent Dehydrator for small batches. I enjoy dried fruit but am the only one eating it, so this was the perfect size. It dries two large apples at a time, and It fits nicely on the counter without taking up a lot of space. Timer works well, and the trays are metal... it cleans up easily after use. The design moves air sideways, so you can use parchment paper under messy foods. There is an easily cleanable catch pan in the bottom to contain drips, if you don't use paper. Great purchase!

This is an American product and you can't just buy an adapter to use this in the UK. There'll be too much power going through it and it won't work. If you want to give it a punt, you'll also need to get a step down power converter which is hefty and costs half as much as this does.

Some of the things i was looking for: - small size - no plastic parts as this thing is exposed to heat It’s a great dehydrator. Easy to use. All the parts are stainless steel minus the fruit roll tray which i do not use. Great size considering it’s all stainless steel parts. It’s about the size of an average microwave. I use it to make homemade dog treats (beef jerky, fish jerky, cookies, etc…) and this thing is perfect. It’s small but mighty, perfect size if you have a small dog

Es mejor de lo que pense comparado con el precio, es liviana pero no es frajil, las regillas son de excelente calidad, la puerta cierra sin problemas, ponerla en marcha es super facil y me gusta que viene con un recetario con muchas ideas de alimentos diferentes deshidratados para preparar, sin duda la recomiendo

This has been an excellent dehydrator. It holds the correct temperature well and has worked great all season. I’ve used it for fruit leather, jerky, and drying herbs, and it has handled everything very well. I also like the metal construction, which feels sturdier and better quality than plastic models. It is not too loud, and it has plenty of capacity — I can fit about 3 gallons of sauce for fruit leather. Overall, I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
