Sweet but healthy!
Ever had kefir? It’s like a drinkable yogurt. This is like a sweet version of that; one spoonful will do it. I sub this for ice cream when I’m trying to be healthy but need a sweet fix.

Fix for eczema!
My son had severe eczema behind his knees and all across his back (to the point where it was raw and bleeding from him scratching). I gave him a squirt of this everyday in his apple sauce for two weeks and saw immense improvement. Continuing to do so, and it's keeping it away. Much better solution than just suppressing it with steroid creams.
