Good protein but High in Salt
Love the buffalo and wasabi flavors. The sea salt one is very salt as the name suggests but it does taste good nevertheless. Definitely not for people with high blood pressure. It should be eaten in moderation and not as a daily protein snack given the salt content. The packets are very easy to open
