Will this fit 4mm (5/32inch) paracord?

Probably, but the metal is real thin and light. I, personally, would only use these grommets for decoration. I wanted to use them for purse straps and the metal is so thin that I was afraid the material would not hold with any weight in the purse. Kinda, defeats the purpose. I hope this helps.

What size wing nut and screw will go through this

1/4 inch. I used it to fix a dog collar. So not really sure about a wing nut. But the size is accurate
