Excellent for neck pain
This is my second suzzipad purchase. I love the weight of this neck pad. It stays in place nicely. The pad keeps warm well and I use it every day. I've had no issues with this brand. I wish they made an even larger one for a lap warmer or something. The scent is nice though and not overwhelming.

Warm and weighted heating pad
I like that this is weighted so not only does it help to stay in place without sliding around, but it's like getting a warm hug. It feels good on the neck, shoulders, and upper back and itdoes stay warm for a decent amount of time. Might only complaint is that it's supposed to smell like lavender and the herbs inside, but it doesn't. It doesn't smell like anything. I am satisfied with the functionality of it though and as a heating pad it does what it's supposed to do.

For shoulder pain
Very high quality for the price. It is very convenient, you can heat the hot pad for 2 minutes. Compared to other brands, that you have to remove the sand bag and put it back in. I highly recommend
