Raise and Support Free Test, Solid Daily Addition
I have been taking this boron supplement every day for a few months now. This is the newest addition to my daily regimen, and there have been gradual changes over the period of use. One of the main reasons I started taking this product was for its ability to help with free testosterone levels. This is important because it is through free testosterone that the body has energy, strength, and balance. Over the course of the last couple of months, I have noticed a slight increase in my ability to maintain energy throughout the day and to feel more "dialed-in" with what I am doing. It’s not dramatic, but it lines up well with what boron is known for in terms of hormone and mineral support. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, tasteless and have no aftertaste. The large bottle is also nice because it will last a long time for the price. If you are looking for a way to support hormone balance as a part of your routine, this boron supplement will provide you with good value for the quantity you receive. Just don't expect quick and obvious change from this supplement. In general it is a simple supplement to take that has the most benefit over time.
