This machine does the job and it is perfect for any laundromat.

We purchased this vending machine on 4/17/25, and it has been nothing but trouble since day one. First, it started dispensing extra change, giving out products, and refunding money — making it completely useless for actual sales. Then it began constantly showing an error message saying "Not Enough Change", even though all four change slots are full. And as of 8/4/25, it has completely stopped cooling. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated case. We also purchased a second machine from the same company on 4/28/25, and that one stopped cooling after just one month. After over a month of back-and-forth, they did finally issue a full refund, but the process was exhausting and incredibly frustrating. Now I'm back at square one with this original machine, and based on past experience, I expect another long, painful customer service nightmare — if they even respond at all. Bottom line: the machines are defective, the error messages are constant, and the customer support is some of the worst I’ve dealt with. Do not buy from this company. Total waste of time and money.

Best of both worlds, chocolate don’t melt during the summer and drink are kept cold!!! And snacks fresh because kept in a controlled environment!

I love the vending machine... the machine came on time no delivery problems... the vending machine was very simple and easy to set up.... I had a slight issue with a coil 3 months in and customer services was available even though it was a holiday they still answer .. Lynn from customer services help me with no problem they solve my issue in 48 hours and was very kind and welcoming... I purchased this machine about a month ago, it arrived very fast and in excellent conditions. I installed it the very same day and everything worked fine. The bill acceptor was working good but the coin acceptor was not working at all. I immediately contacted their support number and they requested communication through Whatsapp, so I did reached to them that way. Even though their support is located in China and the timezone is way off, I always got a response from them. They sent a replacement part for the coin acceptor and it arrived only 3 days later. It's been one month so far and I love this machine.

Everything is bad about this, it was good at first but after like a month just stop working first was power of the vending machine, next temperature, after coins, coins go in and counts as they pay but comes back out, and all of this is still happing since July.

I just got my machine Had a small issue and contacted the seller. They were very responsive and helpful It’s nice to deal with a descent company. As for the machine it’s all set up and running perfectly, hopefully I get a few years without issue but I do feel confident that they will help with issues I would absolutely buy from them again.

This ended up being a great vending machine.
