How is it that this lumbrokinase is so much lower in price than every other brand? It seems suspicious.

I see that the unit of measurement is in fibro units (fu), how would this covert into lumbro units (lu)?

I wish someone would answer this question! From my research Lumbrokinase activity/potency is supposed to be measured in LKUs (Lumbrokinase Units) while Nattokinase activity/potency is supposed to be measured in FUs (Fibrinolytic Units). So when Lumbrokinase supplement product manufacturers shows measurements in FUs I am totally confused as this measurement is only supposed to apply to Nattokinase. By the way LKU ranges tend to run from around 360,000 to 800,000 units, while FU ranges most often run from 2,000 to 4,000 units, on most supplements. The mg (milligrams) of the product just refers to weight not the activity/potency. So a much lighter weight product (lower mg) which is much more active/potent (higher LKU or FU) might be a much better buy than a heavier weight product (higher mg) which is less active/potent (lower LKU or FU).

What prevents this enzyme from being destroyed by stomach acid?

Hypromellose capsules are acid resistant, and therefore Capsules are not destroyed by stomach acid. They survive the stomach and contents are acted upon in small intestines.
