Wow, just wow! I had these bumps on my face from old pimples for months! After doing some research found out that Salicylic acid treatment should do the trick and accidentally found this one. I’ve been using it for 2 days!! TWO DAYS!!! And the bumps are almost gone! I can’t recommend it enough! Yes it is pricy, but the quality is impeccable, and honestly you only need little bit of it on the affected areas. Get it, you won’t regret it 😍

Despite being nearly 40, I’m still plagued with spots and I hadn’t had a deep, cystic, under-the-skin monstrosity for quite some time until, quite randomly, one recently appeared just below my right cheek. Being subcutaneous, squeezing attempts proved futile and it was showing no signs of improvement over a week later. It was sore and difficult to cover with concealer. I really did think I was going to have to go to a dermatologist for a cortisone injection but ordered a few products to try in the hope that wouldn’t be necessary, and this was one of them. I hoped it would sink in and dry it out somehow, which it didn’t, but it did still help. After only two applications (one before bed and another the following morning), it hadn’t brought it to a head as such but it made it feel somehow “pickable”, and sure enough I finally managed to burst the little demon. Oh the relief. Oh the satisfaction. It’s now flattening out nicely and, although I’ll probably be left with a mark there for quite some time, my skin would have scarred either way, so I’m just so happy I bested the beast, all thanks to Murad. Yay!

Not very effective, and yet still harsh and stripping on the skin. This didn't really do anything to help clear a nasty cystic zit... Which, yes, is a trial by fire for a skin care product so maybe it's unfair to hold it to that standard, however it is what I bought the product for and it didn't achieve what I needed it to. A far cheaper clearasil product had more impact than this did. A few reasons for the low score... It's very expensive. Even on discount it's very expensive. At full price, there is no way to justify the cost for this product. Secondly, it's so harsh and stripping. Thirdly, it's hardly multi-purpose... As it's so harsh, I'm in no way going to try and put in on my skin unless I'm throwing the kitchen sink at a spot. So it's a very expensive product that I can only use if I have zits... something I'm actively trying to avoid. I'd hoped if it had good soothing or anti-inflammatory properties I could find another use for it but that's a solid no.

Ok - it dried out my cystic spots but didn’t really help with healing them much quicker. It stung when I put it on, so I know it was doing something, but I didn’t notice my cystic spots changing much. I got it half price and I’m glad I did, as I’d have been annoyed if I paid full price.

Reliably great product from Murad. Really effective at taming breakouts and keeping blemishes at bay. It is comfortable on the skin, really lightweight and pleasant scent. I have sensitive skin but have had no issue with twice daily use. Only 4 stars because the volume you get for the price is not great value.

Really good product and works. Could do with the bottle being a little bit bigger for price.

this stuff is actually insane? had the worst skin of my life and it started to clear up after just a few days of using this. well worth the price imo

This magic potion does a great job at calming my cystic acne and enlarged pimples. I like the formula, its quite thin in consistency and easy to apply on the skin. I use it overnight and the next morning I notice an improvement in my skin. It does help a lot in helping calm the inflammation.
