Anasept skin and wound cleanser is something I like to keep on hand, in the woodshop, kitchen, bathrooms. The active ingredient is sodium hypochlorite, and is effective against bacteria, fungus, and viruses. Heals wounds quickly. Some don't like the smell of bleach, but it is a fresh, clean smell to me. Surprisingly, it doesn't sting. Works in 30 seconds, but I ususally let it sit for a full minute. Great for diabetic skin, although in that case, need to use it for several days to complete the healing process.

Great wound cleaner!!
Works great! Love that it kills so many organisms. I get open wounds under my belly flap and yeast. This stuff cleans the areas so well and I feel confident that I'm getting the best treatment available. Smells like bleach but it's not unpleasant.

Top of the line product for treating persistent wounds recommended by Duke Hospital physician.
Great product highly recommended by my doctor at Duke Medical Center. This is a refill for their spray bottle that I originally ordered. The product is a little pricey, but worth it. The only negative is that the original spray bottle does not spray easily. It is not easy to spray if you have weak or arthritic hands.

This is what the wound care Dr and the Hospital here uses. This is a great bottle to use to refill your spray bottle. The best for wound cleaning and to help healing process. It does have a bit of a bleach odor but that smell doesn't stay on you nor does it linger on in the air. Also, I had been getting this exact product at my local drug stores but it is $9 less here on Amazon!!!

Expensive but still worth it.
This product was recommended by our medical center wound care dept. It is mild yet effective, no sting and relatively easy to apply to wound bed. I wish it wasn't so expensive and that it came with a spray bottle every time you purchased it.
