When it arrived.... The back glass on the lower half fell off after 3 days the hinge is miss aligned and the screen protector is missing. I bought the excellent refurbished and I can tell you a repherb folding phone is probably not a good idea THE SELLER HAS RASIED THE PRICE BY AROUND 60$ UPDATES Dec17 hinge makes a nasty grinding sound now. Dec31 the speaker on the lower half heats up the area of the phone so much I get worried it's gunna melt something I don't think I've ever come across this sort of thing before. Feb12 phone is working the hinge has become looser the grind noise in the hinge sounds more like a wet fart grind then a bunch clicks kinda grind and is not as loud I kinda wonder if it's a break in thing or the hinge at time of testing was okayed to be used in the repherb....no scratches on device haven't dropped it yet screen is still as pristine as when I bought it if all is well in a month ill change my rating but keep in mind I treat my phone like a baby....better then a baby in sum ways.......weird that that's a thing but I got a screen protector on both screens a UAG case I hope my review is helpful to sum when making a choice if u do decide to go with a repherb remember is not as perfect as a new one but I think that just comes with the repheb folding phone territory but I garentee you this these phones are delicate so if u are prone to drops I don't recommend March 9. Well this not an update about the quality of repherb I possess this is an update about the android 14 update......so where to begin......the screen will become unresponsive in sum very weird ways so what I've been experiencing in an app at this point its happened with most of them so no point in specifics is a situation where no touch input works apart from the back button and home button and the only way to solve it to quit the app and relaunch it......I bought new phone due to this issue I do not believe this is a reflection of the quality of the repherb I think this a is a problem a lot of Flip4s have after doing my research this is a common issue also the battery life after this update as been horrible I get about an hour 40 mins less screen time.......... If you get this phone do not update to Android 14 yet till they can get an update pushed not a security update for those who believe all updates are the same they are not there are 3 major types of updates Security, OS, and Stability you will want to wait for the Stability update on average a security update is around 200mbs an OS update is around 4gigs....most other file sizes will be a Stability update and after having said all that there is no garentee that will fix the problem April 19 the glass on the top half popped off today as I took it out of my pocket as I did so the ribbon cable to the screen on the front ripped....these glass panels are not firmly attached to the device I have thrown this device away and moved on

I love my phone, but it does have some quirks. This phone specifically has issues connecting fully to Bluetooth. The battery is quite a bit shorter than boasted for a newer phone, which might also be because she's refurbished. After my issues with the seller, I didn't want to try and get it replaced. Still a great phone though.

Got the phone 2 weeks ago and everything is great so far. Came ahead of schedule and was very easy to set up. If things keep going well I would buy another one.

I've had the phone for a little over a year and the screen is cracked at the fold. The guarantee is good for 90 days so I'm SOL.

El teléfono esta perfecto, no tiene rasgaduras ni golpes así que parece nuevo, ampliamente recomendado

Llegó originalmente sin problema o tardanza, aunque le faltaba una gomita de soporte para cuando cierra. Estuvo un poco más de un mes sin usarse, y cuando se empezó a usar fue con cuidado por la mala fama de esas pantallas, un día simplemente se rompió, se uso normal se cerró con cuidado y sin fuerza, y al abrirla la pantalla estaba rota por la mitad y con líneas verticales qué la abarcaban casi toda. Inicié devolución a inicios de octubre y así momento de escribir esto (30 noviembre)no tengo respuesta de amazon. No vale la pena gastar tanto por menos de 3 meses que duró.

Llegó bien, no tenía detalles estéticos, y funciona bien

Llego antes de la fecha. Viene sólo con un cable USB-C y ya, pero por el precio y las excelentes condiciones en las que llagó, vale la pena.
