Loved the Econohome mixer grinder. Have used several other mixer grinders in the past like Preeti but nothing can be compared to Econohome. This is so much powerful than the regular blenders and grinders. It’s 750 watts. The mixer grinder has 3 jars of different sizes and you can choose as per the item you want to grind or blend. The most amazing feature is “ the interlocking system” for safety. I believe this is the only mixer available that has the interlocking system. It’s big, and a heavy duty appliance. There are many smart techniques to clean these kind of mixer grinders. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase as I can grind and blend any solid into powder in seconds. This is not your typical mixer grinder but a more sophisticated appliance that blends into your kitchen.

Trips off frequently with less load. Jar lid was over engineered. Very cheap motor quality as it stopped suddenly just after 12 months with minimal use. Contacted customer support via email. No customer support received. There is no repairing options. Jars are not compatible with other brands and became waste when motor stopped working. Help documents does not help solving issues. So finally threw the grinder as waste. The product is eligible for one star for having good stainless steel used for jars.

Where to begin with this grinder? First off, I think I was sent a used one. I ordered it in white, and it is covered in scratches, scuffs, black marks that don’t come off, dirt marks that do wash off, and dried water spots on the stainless parts. It looks old and kind of beat, which is really disappointing. However, I decided to use it (wash it well first!) and see if it was even worth exchanging for a new one, or if I should cut my losses. So I scrubbed it good, then used it to make almond butter. I used the “dry” canister, because I thought the configuration of the blades looked like they would do a better job than the “liquid” one. It worked great! I have to say, it worked better than my regular blender (which doesn’t like making almond butter, and sometimes starts to smoke a little during the process). This grinder produced a super smooth, creamy, liquidy almond butter in a few minutes. I did have to stop and scrape the sides twice. But the result is amazing. After the almond butter I went to wash it. I washed it by hand (as I typically do with my appliances), and it was a nightmare. It may do better in a dishwasher - FYI. The pieces have so many nooks & crannies, ridges and crevices. I finally got out a toothbrush to clean out the rim of the canister. The lid has a silicon gasket that must be removed or you’ll never get it clean. I have owned blenders, juicers, food processors, air fryers, garlic mashers, cookers, and all manner of small kitchen appliances - nothing has ever been as hard to clean as this. So it works well, but everything else makes this a no-go in my book.

Used only few times, purchased @ 5 months ago. LEDs are ON but the motor does not operate. Followed the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. There is no warranty or tech support

This is a great mixer for a great price. The packaging was excellent.. It came with 3 different sized jars and each of them is of good size for different purposes., I like the double locking system of the lids it ensures there is no spilling. I mostly use the smallest one for grinding spices in daily cooking and it is perfectly sized. Each jar came with its own blades and they work well and grinds well. Would definitely recommend this for all types of cooking A must buy!!!!
