How do you hang them to the clips come with them

There were nit any clips we wrapped a tree but I would use zip ties or command strips

If one light goes out will the others still work?

The lights will stay on even if one light goes out.

If power is cut to the lights (externally switched) when they get power again do they come on to the previous setting

yes i have mine on a photocell they come on to the last setting

if one bulb burns out does the string die out with it?
