8oz Silicone Paste Automotive & Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors (with Curved & Straight Brush + Towel), 100% Waterproof Silicone Grease for O-Rings, Brake, Marine & Universal Use

I been using a small tube for a long time. I wanted a bottle with a brush so that I had more options. I put some of this grease in a long tip syringe. I use it to put inside tight spaces. I use the brush for larger areas. I use a small paint brush for small areas or areas I want to put some grease down into and spread around. I put this on a lot of electrical connectors. Everything from USB to power connectors and even power plugs. When putting on connectors, make sure to wipe off excess and not to apply to much. This grease will hold dirt. In some cases, it may be best not to use this at all. Outdoor cords that get dragged around the yard will certainly attract and hold some dirt, grass and whatever else it can cling too. For its purpose, this is some good grease at a good price. Nice and thick so it stays where you put it. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Had an older battery powered drill with a frozen forward/reverse tab. I managed to disassemble it to get to the plastic cylinder that allowed the reverse electrical flow. The cylinder looked pretty tight, but I just got a little of the paste and rubbed and pressed it into the line of the edge of the circle. It must have gone down into the crack, as it didn't collect all around it. I kept trying to move the cylinder after about 3-4 attempts to squeeze the paste into the junction point. It finally started moving a little. I continued applying the paste, and moving the cylinder, until finally it moved through all points, forward, reverse and pause. Put it back together, applied the battery and pulled the trigger. There weren't any electrical sparks. Motor worked perfectly. I continued working the directio tab back and forth to make sure it worked smoothly. Very pleased to save my 18V drill.

Sure its expensive. However it lasts a while and better than the products that contain Teflon. YEs you read that correctly some contain teflon. If I use this on Potable drinking water valves I perfer to not have Teflon in my body. Needed for rubber and plastic lubrication. Functions well

Grease was delivered, the product was larger and cheaper than what a local purchase was.
