All the parts seem well made and sturdy. The instructions were very clear and the wrench they provided was good quality with a handle instead of a simple allen wrench. I think other reviews said the setup was tedious. It wasn't at all. Just a few steps, a handful of bolts, no confusion at all. I love the height variability of the chair. It really is a solid chair, doesn't feel cheap, seems like it will last a long time. I love the fold-up armrests which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I'm using it as a chair in my music studio, so the fold up armrests are great for playing a guitar or a handdrum on one's lap. It really does make an excellent guitar chair. I'm very happy with my purchase.

A bang for the buck!!! I am soooo happy with this chair. I even put it together myself. if you knew me I can screw in a lightbulb. I put this chair together with the video in the ad and the pamphlet that was provided in the carton. the seat was a little more challenging but other than that it was easy. For a more advanced person, it can take 5 minutes. it is soooo comfortable! love the grey color. thank you!!! I have a sciatic nerve issue and I believe I will NOT have one more issue. it is high enough where my hand is facing downward to use the mouse and my fingers don't lose circulation!!!! very happy!

I love this chair for the looks however after long hours of sitting in it my body is sore. I'm only 5' 1" and about 122 lbs. Just very stiff and the chair material is very scratchy so I can't sit in it in shorts.Still a good quality chair though. It was easy to assemble as well.

It is more comfortable than my old worn out chair. Take you time attaching the arm rests to the seat cushion. It fits, and because the seat is soft, it puffs out and you have to gently hold them in place while attaching the bolts. Easier with two people that are not in a hurry.

Wanted this chair to be good, but no. Good goings assembling until it came to the final step of attaching the back to the side arms - like several other reviews, it was 4-5 inches too narrow to fit properly. Tried readjusting arms from the bottom and no go. The seat front slants forward hard and makes it difficult to sit in and once assembled felt ready unstable.

This chair has it all for me. Adjistment capability, exact Height I neededSturdy with lumbar support y I love the color y materials

I purchased this to be able to work on my laptop on my kitchen island. It wasn't super hard to put together. You can adjust the height and it's a comfortable bar height office chair. Two issues though. First issue is the back had a little rip in it, but it doesn't look like it's spreading. Secondly it's supposed to support a certain weight, which I can adjust the height but the wheels are hard to roll around when sitting in the chair.

They replaced the seat for me and now the chair is perfect. So it was just a flaw in putting it together which I'm sure doesn't happen often. They were wonderful about helping and answering right away. Great company and a great chair. Thanks much
