Perfect Watch for me. I am glad I picked this watch.... other failed when I did a comparison.
This is a perfect watch when you want to go swimming. It can records your Strokes, Pace, Styles, Time, Calories, Laps, Heart Rate, and your SWOLF. It is water resist, it can give you a chart of your performance and all the way down to the individual segment of each lap. I have a great time using it. I did tried a different brand and it is not even close enough to this watch. It can give you your sleep data, walking data, stress data, hours of Standing your SpO2, it has a "Health Clovers" and "Activity Rings" where you can give yourself a pad in the back when you completed your daily goal. It can also give you some advice if you are sitting for too long....Many of those are in the settings and you can configure what you like to see. The face display can be changed to many of their beautiful design you and pick what you feel like.

Great for only i phone and Huawei devices not android. Trust me I’ve tried extensively.
The media could not be loaded. Great for iOS even though it is limited when it comes to customization not having menstrual cycle tracking for women, and not having The ability to reply back to say a text message. I’ve tried downloading the firmware on my Motorola Moto G stylus, 2022, running android 11 and it’s downloaded the app and the frame where for the app and it was region restricted HUAWEI Health is not available on the play store because of the band with Google not to mention the band that still somehow was in place with the US ban on Huawei. You could use Huawei phones and things like that, but they cannot use android or anything it’s region restricted somehow, and that’s down loading it from Huawei official website. Everything but the region restriction and I’m pretty sure that has to do with my carrier. I’m not sure where it may be. The US ban is still in place. I don’t know. I read an article that said it wasn’t because they’re working on 5G technologies in the US. But as far as downloading their apps, like side loading it, you can do that, but it won’t work. I try the roundabout way other than going to the play store and I am sorry to say it didn’t work. FYI I said go on Amazon and buy an iPhone if you want this to work with iPhone or something like the Huawei nova 11 Pro or something comparable that’s wild way paste using harmony OS. other than that works perfectly fine with my iPhone 11. All have functions were perfectly well. Very accurate. Very good battery life brightness is good enough for me. Always on display is top notch. For what I paid I think it’s really good even with the limited customization I’m a guy so I don’t need the menstrual cycle and everything else works fine. I can control music and things like that heart rate blood oxygen notifications are received. I can read those, but I can’t reply to them that would’ve been nice I guess but usually using any kind of reply on the watch is really cumbersome anyway so I don’t use it would like to have a little bit more choices for the watch faces since I do like customized watch faces but it’s not a dealbreaker. I do like some of the watch faces that come with it so I’m not gonna complain. 50 bucks really good for 50 bucks..

I bought this band to manage/track sleep
So I bought this band primarily for sleep Monitoring. I saw a comparison test against some of the best and This was right up there in the top two or three. Sleep score it is accurate in a relative sense as I think you’ll get is able to properly catch deep and sleep Along with any awakenings your breathing quality and your deep sleep continuityIt also does exercise, heart rate, SPO2 Oxygen testing And in death monitoring of exercise. The app works and for their areas you’ll want to look at it does very well although the overall feel the app Could use improvement. For the 30 or $40 I paid for this a year ago it’s hard to beatYou can also receive text messages and phone calls notifications on it as wellThe battery will last roughly 2 to 3 weeks between charging

Decent device, fantastic value
Upsides:- The price for the functionality you do get is an absurd value.- The heart rate tracker is excellent for its price. (Check out The Quantified Scientist's review on YouTube.)- The battery life was about 10 days, brand-new. Even at 2 years of daily use, including daily 1-hour workouts, and continuous HR, blood oxygen, and stress tracking, and sleep tracking, the battery only needs to be charged every 5-6 days. (Try to not let it get below 20%, or charge it to full, to prolong battery life.)Downsides:- Much less utility than high-end watches.- Menus can be tricky to navigate and customize.- The on-watch weather app is not good. It only "remembers" temperature forecasts, not weather, it doesn't update even when given the opportunity, and it doesn't show humidity at all.- Sleep tracking is quite inaccurate regarding sleep stages (REM/Deep/Light/Awake), and will sometimes even think you're asleep if you're just lying down in bed.- Distance calculation for indoor running (or outdoor without GPS) is quite poor. I typically run 4-5 miles, but the watch overestimates it by up to 25%. You can manually correct it immediately upon ending the workout, but not after it "saves".- The watch doesn't have GPS; it has to sync to your phone to track distances for outdoor running or biking.- No Heart Rate Variability tracking or AFib detection.- The app does not let you completely switch from km to miles.- Stress data may suddenly stop syncing with the app, permanently, and the only way I've managed to fix it is to desync the watch from the app, then factory-reset the watch, unfortunately. It has happened twice so far.

Great value for money if you have an Apple phone
I saw a lot of android users saying they can’t install the app. This is not true on Apple and the app works great! Hopefully it will continue to work, but thus far I really am smitten with this watch. It tells me my resting HR and has an aesthetic app layout and design. As always, Huawei does great tech at fabulous pricing
