How do I contact seller? Battery went from 100% to 20% in 3 days! On low power setting, no lights used at night and motion detect set low

You can contact seller through your Amazon sale…if you can,t seem to find it,,contact Amazon through firstly their Bot chat…they then should be able to connect you through to an actual Amazon employee who can sort all this out pretty easy…might mean either seller refunds you or sends you a new camera as it sounds your camera possibly faulty..my camera only needs charged every three to four months…hope that helps

How do you get the camera to automatically record motion detection outside the house

If the wifi signal stops (eg power cut), camera signal is lost. Does the camera then have to be taken down and reset all over again?.

No it won't lose it's settings, it should re-connect to the WiFi when it becomes available. I am very pleased with mine.

What's the connection range from the camera to the phone?

The camera is connected to your WiFi (Not Bluetooth) so as long as your using data roaming or have a WiFi connection to your phone it's world wide. I was recently in Norway & still connected to my camera at home
