Not good.
Weird shiney beef slab. Definitely pressed and rolled from beef parts. It has no taste and texture is like a fruit roll up. I’m not sure about their other jerky products but this one sucks.

Delicious
Had this while on my road trip from Louisiana to Alaska and it is delicious, gluten free, and super tasty. So I ordered some in bulk. Tasted the same as in the lower 48.

Like the taste and convenience. Pretty expensive, but good.They shorted me 3 slabs. It's already expensive and they don't even send the full amount. I tried to send back for a refund, but it won't allow me. Hope they make it right or I won't be buying again.
