Order process, shipping & receiving was great. Product looks good, as advertised. Only time will tell about durability. That was my first review. Now I can say. The unit worked for a couple weeks and the trigger mechanisim broke. I have returned the item. The operator liked it so well, that I will hope it was an unusual defect. I ordered a replacement plus and additional one for back-up.
