It's fairly pricey as a supplement, but on the other hand, it works quite well for sleep. If you're having problems sleeping, I suggest trying it. I tend to mix a scoop with some fruit juice; it seems to have a slightly sweet but not unpleasant flavor. I've never had any stomach problems with it, but I'm also not especially sensitive. My only criticism is that it doesn't dissolve entirely; even stirring it for a full minute, there is definitely some residue at the bottom. That said, it's not much that doesn't dissolve, and it seems to work regardless. Definite repurchase!
