2 yrs still going strong

I had an issue with my laser after owning for less than 2 months. It stopped firing but everything else works as it should. Contacted the seller and explained what happened and showed pictures, and they sent me a replacement. I had the laser head faster than I did when I purchased the laser. Good entry level, hobby laser. Outstanding customer service

Laser engraved 2 times then went out! Asked for new one. They gave me $220 refund no laser So I returned it for full refund. They act like its a big company. They are one person. China.. I told them to change the Description because they are misleading people thinking this cuts metal and wood! It doesn't! Just a cheap laser that engraves wood. Be careful what software you use. You have to pay for software or use free software. They dont give you anything and no Instructions on how to use it. Told me I have to wait because of Chinese New year. Didn't come with the base as Pictured. They said it was someones fault BS! seen another review same thing.Missing parts !Buy a cheaper one it is way better. this is a $60 machine. I dont Like buying things that are suppose to be such great items and find out its junk! Seriously 2 times engraving wood then the laser just flashed no more engraving and the guy said I had the Perimeters wrong . Never got back to me saying he would send them the next day. Reported this to Amazon. As I see nothing is being done ...Same Description! Hope this helps people.Honestly go for a $60 laser if you want a wood engraver the are basically the same thing. The big money ones that really cut wood and metal cost the money.$$$

Easy to use, program is simple

Easy to assemble, took me about 10 minutes and instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. There is no way to use without a computer or laptop, and I'd never used lasergbl, but you also need inkscape to edit the items you want. If you want an all in 1 software is $100 for a year long lightburn license but it is an all in 1 software. Once set up I did 4 different pictures on cedar wood and they turned out fine. However I still need to learn how to adjust everything. As a beginner I'd say this has a light learning curve and will take some time. So far, so good.

Worked as it should better than I expected for the money

I loved the unit but I wasn't equipped to handle the software required to work with it. I wish that someone made a all in one unit so you don't need a laptop or other device to do the craft projects. Something for the home shop and not a business aspect. Again very nice unit.

My son has used 2 kinds of laser engravers at his school and has made some pretty cool things. He wanted one for home, so HE bought this. He downloaded the software recommended by watching endless YouTube videos. He tried to get this thing to work. I tried. Don't waste your time. They are telling me that it's his use of the software. He had his teacher try too. This is what he does. ***Editted*** Still not great. It's very temperamental day to day. Settings change overnight. Sometimes the image is mirrored even. Not predictable at all in its functioning. You don't know it changed or mirrored itself until it's burning something too.

nice size but having s hard time understanding how it works. instructions are not simple. So haven't used it yet.
