Recent weight loss I went from 3xl to a 1xlt or a 2x depending on style and brand. I'm 6'4 and these are not quite as long in the torso as traditional brand. I went with the 2x - There's enough to material to tuck in, but it has came untucked a few times. When it comes to extended sizes for big and tall, I would consider these more traditional and not a true big tall line. I would prefer a bit more length to keep the tshirt tucked in when wearing another shirt over it. Although the material is thinner than what I traditionally get, (I prefer the thin over heavy). It is more fitted and if your "fit" it should look good. If larger, it is a bit clingy on the rolls.. For the money, it's a decent T-shirt. But I'd prefer a more durable feeling shirt.
