| Product Care Instructions | Clean the Cast Iron Grill Pan after use while it is still hot or warm. Do not soak or leave it in the sink. Wash by hand using hot water and a sponge. if needed, use a small amount of soap. Avoid using steel wool or any abrasive pads as these may strip the seasoning. Towel dry thoroughly. Using a cloth or paper towel, apply a light coat of vegetable oil on the grill pan. Store in a dry place. |

PROS: * Love the size of this pan, perfect for single or double serving of burgers or steaks. * Price is great * Not too thin of metal, nice and thick to hold heat. And small size to help heat quickly * Ridges in the bottom to leave Mark's in cooked food * Like the Jim Beam name on the bottom CONS: * The bottom feel pretty rough on the fingers compared to other cast iron pans I have. Hoping this wont scratch surfaces or will have to sand it smooth and seal

Frying with ridges
This pan is awesome for frying steak. Grill marks and easy clean up

NOT 16". It's a lie
This is NOT a 16" pan. I was misled. It is a very nice quality pan, but at the diagonal measurement it is ONLY 11-1/2". I am keeping it because I needed it to use for a specific dish, but would LOVE to get the company to send me the real 16" pan that they lied about. Society is so upside down thee days. Don't believe anything you read.
