Globe (3 Pack) Capsaicin 0.1% High Potency Pain Relief Cream, Unscented (2 oz) Deep Penetrating Relief from: Arthritis, Muscle, Joint and Back Pain

I had low back surgery in 2016. The instant I woke up from the surgery, I had intense neuropathy pain in both legs and feet. Initially, it felt like someone was holding my feet too close to a live flame! The heat was intense! Of course there was no fire. But the sensation was there, nonetheless. We tried everything we could find to relieve the pain. Eventually, the 'hot' sensation dulled and became more tolerable. I had hopes it would subside altogether. But it just didn't. It is now 2026 and I have very little hope for it to ever go away completely. Now it is a matter of dealing with it every single day. My wife had Shingles in her face and the attack damaged the nerves in her face. We tried many doctors and many things to get that sensitivity and constant pain to go away and nothing seemed to help. My wife heard somewhere, online I think, people were using capsaicin cream to treat nerve damage and constant irritation and pain from it. So we bought some to give yet another substance a try. But this was different! Finally! Something that helped! She found the capsaicin cream dulled the pain so she could sleep at night. She started putting it on my lower legs and feet at night and I started getting full night's sleep! It was amazing and encouraging! Now, we buy this cream in the 3-pack and we use it! Constantly! And it really does help. If you have neuropathy somewhere in your body and you've tried everything you can think of but haven't had much success yet, give this cream a try. It is not as intense as something like Tiger Balm or BenGay. But it works and affects the damaged nerves in a way that seems to calm them down--at least temporarily. It sure did work for us!

Came as described, as ordered. This worked great for a pain distraction (like Icy Hot does), except that it's from a natural plant. You get quite a bit of it with the order and for what it is, it is a great product. The consistency is that of a regular lotion (verses a Vaseline) so it is easy to rub into a given area. This is why I give it 5 stars. As for pain relief goes, I would give this more like 3 stars because as soon as the sensation from the product wears off, the discomfort returns. Wash your hands after use before touching sensitive areas such as your face or eyes, because this stuff can really make your eyes burn.

I've used different intensity capsaicin creams and this one is, by far, the absolute worst. I've tried two different tubes and it feels like they forgot to add any capsaicin AT ALL in this! It says to use a pea size amount, which I did on my shoulder for the first attempt and didnt even feel any warming or hot sensation. I waited a for a few hours hoping maybe it would improve but no. Nothing. Then I tried about a 2 inch squeeze of it (about 6x the recommended amount) and again, nothing. No warming. No pain relief. Nothing. I thought maybe the one tube was bad or I got a bad batch, so I tried a second tube of the 3 pack. This one I used about 3 pea size to start. There was an extremely minor tingling sensation. I waited a few hours and tried yet another 2 inch long squeeze thinking maybe the capsaicin wasnt well distributed. And I still felt barely anything at all. I've used 0.025% capsaicin that had a much stronger effect than this! I've been using it every 4-5 hours or so on the same spot. Weaker creams have done more. Maybe I got a bad batch? I dont know. But this was worthless for me. Pros: Theres no smell. It seems to absorb relatively quickly. Its not greasy or icky once its on. Cons: There is either no effect or VERY MINOR warmth.

I never would have believed it, but this actually works for me. I have neuropathy in my feet, and have tried many creams. None worked until now. Just be careful you don't forget to wash your hands after applying it. If you touch your eyes, it will irritate the heck out of you. Contains capsaicin, which gives hot peppers their heat. Works great!

It is a very good value versus the other more well known brands. I would give it 5 stars except I believe the potency / strength is only 50% as strong as a a more well known brand called Capzasin HP Arthritis Pain Relief Creme, 1.5.OZ which is also rated/stated at 0.1 % high potency.. I bought the globe brand because it is only 1/3 the price of the more well know brand.. I work out daily in the gym and play tennis and this is not as strong. But the upside is that it won't make your skin so sensitive to hot water after application and work out.

Test a SMALL patch with a VERY light layer. Had a very strong reaction that was difficult to treat. This is basically pepper spray. Had to treat with olive oil and whole milk soak, dawn detergent wash and cold shower, cold compresses, ibuprofen. The box / instructions did NOT emphasize this strinfgly enough in any way.

This has helped relieve some of the foot pain I’ve had due to chemo treatments. It also helps keep the skin moisturized. One thing to remember, use gloves and be careful, this will hurt if you get it in your eyes or mouth or open wounds or scratches. It’s not a miracle lotion that will eliminate all your pain, but I have found it to be helpful.

If it hurts, and the skin isn't broken over it, and it's not on your face, try this. Wear gloves to apply it. Don't get it around private areas. It will burn like HE double L initially, but it ultimately depletes the chemical messenger in the spinal cord needed to transmit pain messages to the brain, and the pain will get better. I hurt my back a few years ago after a bad fall, and have used this ever since. I really am not bothered too much by back pain, unless I slack off and don't use it.
