Frosted window film(pure)

We used this product to cover a door to our backyard. I love that the door lets in natural light, but also wanted to make sure to have some privacy as well. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out, despite some of my own minor errors (had a couple of cuts that weren't quite perfect near the edge so you can see a bit of the light in, but this is very minor). I was worried about giving this a try based on some negative reviews that said it was difficult to install, but I found that watching the video included with the instructions and making sure to use PLENTY of water helped it to go on without any bubbles. It stuck perfectly and we've had no issues with it, even when the dog goes up and paws at the door. I bought the "white" version and you can't see out or in the door really at all. It provides a lot of privacy. We did do an experiment to see how much you could see in or out at night when there is a bright light on the opposite side (such as a bright light indoors). If you are standing outdoors and there is a bright light inside, you can just barely see a bit of the shadow of someone standing very close to the door, and the further away they move, you can't see them at all. We've had this on for a little over a month now with no peeling or issues. Because of the white filter, it actually seems brighter with the natural light coming in now before with traditional transparent glass. A bonus!

I have one of those small window in my shower and I was looking for a solution different then the curtain that was in place. I was looking for option online and I saw this easy use kit. When you got the kit they give you all the tools you need to install the plastic directly in the window. What I like the most is that now I have all the light I like in the bathroom but without compromise on my privacy. No one can see inside my house but I still got all the light. 5 stars for the functionality and the easy adhesion on the glass window. Be careful while using the little retractable utility knife- I cut my finger 🥲

This was completely easy to place up. I love it. It got the pure and if you are placing your hand right on the other side to see if it is see thru, then you can really see your finger. However, once you place it up, you can't see thru it. It works well in the bathroom and everything. I am going to place another film over it to bring some color. I put this up for the window in the bathroom. This works well. I love it.

Take your time with it, really soak the window and film to get proper adhesion. Use firm pressure with the squeegee. Really liked the results except there was one part of the film i couldnt use because of weird brown spots. Maybe a fluke? Thats why i took off stars. See photos. Otherwise, great product and theres no bumpy texture like other cheap options.

I bought this to obscure the windows in a storage space and it worked great and was easy to apply. I don't have any connection to the company but I'd like to address some of the complaints in the one star reviews because I look at bad reviews to make purchase decisions and some of the ones here are way off base. To the people who complained that the tools that were supposed to be included were missing... They were inside the cardboard tube the film was rolled around, one of you didn't even open the package before complaining about missing tools in a review. To the people who couldn't separate the backing sheet... If you apply a piece of tape to the backing sheet side at a corner it's fairly easy to remove – I did it and I have no fingernails to speak of. If that doesn't work apply tape to both sides and pull in opposite directions. To the people who complained that you could see through it... You both bought the "pure" color, you should have bought the "white." The description clearly says that the "pure" has "better light transmission" and the "white" has "better privacy." To the people who say it doesn't stick... Adding a few drops of dish washing soap (NOT dishwasher detergent) to the water in the spray bottle should solve your problem.

It does what it’s suppose to do- give privacy, but I think something with a design would be prettier. It went on easy and everything is supplied that you need to complete the job. Well worth the money.

The white was extremely easy to work with but Frosted much Trickier.... for some reason the tape to remove the didn't work and I wasted minutes of my life trying to remove a piece with razors. Need more Botox from the squinting and frowning!! It does look very nice on though and I'm sure there is a trick to getting the film off of the tape fails, but chose not to research it I returned only because I want to buy something in between the color range... great company though!!! Excellent instructions and not too much packaging! Love how All the tools come rolled up inside
