Vaunn Medical Deluxe Adjustable and Foldable Toilet Safety Frame, Bathroom Handrail Assist Grab Bar Handle

This toilet safety frame was purchased to help care for an aging parent with limited mobility. It came well packed, was very easy to assemble, can easily be stored when not needed, and is sturdy. It has adjustable heights, and will provide good safety and support for our family member who needs it. The price was great too.

Just out of the hospital after surgery I was unable to lift myself out of a normal height chair or toilet. Hesitated buying a toilet safety frame because of the reviews claiming they shake and are unstable. Assembly was very easy and took about five minutes. Very impressed by the thickness of the frame itself. Once in place with four suction legs the frame shakes very little and is very stable. It can be moved for cleaning the floor of the bathroom and can be moved to another room if necessary. I highly recommend this extremely well made Safety Frame.

Really helps me safely lift and stabilize myself from the commode, after undergoing hip replacement surgery on 2/5/26 (this week!). It’s as advertised, sturdy, yet lightweight. I’m very pleased. Functions as described!

It was so very easy to assemble, and was sturdy. I loved the idea of being able to adjust both height and width. Unfortunately, even at it's most narrow, it was still too large for my tiny, tiny bathroom.

This product was recommended by a friend of mine who just had a hip replacement surgery. Mine surgery is coming up. She said that it was very helpful and that she used it for about 2 months after her surgery. I ordered it, my son constructed it for me (though it wasn’t very difficult to put it together and it comes with instructions) and it’s awaiting it’s time of useful service. It seems to be well made. It’s very adjustable so you can adjust for height, width, etc. It has suction cup feet, but we’re not finding that they work very well on our flooring. We have an older home and the flooring is linoleum and the lines in the pattern of the linoleum appear to interfere with the adhesion of the suction cups to the floor — but they’d probably be fine with a very smooth surface. Other than that, it’s a solid, well-thought-out design.

Easy to assemble. Good instructions. Sturdy. Great stability. Can be easily folded for transport or storage.

The product works just as advertised. It is easy to assemble, sturdy and does the job. My only complaint (and it is nothing major) is that I wish the base were a little more solid. It certainly doesn't take away from the safety but it does seem like a small design change might help. But it has helped me immensely.

I bought this for my senior mom, she's been told she needs hip replacement and they're talking about in the next 2 months. She's already having problem with getting up and down from the commode and from just regular chairs. I picked this one because it said it can be used in multiple rooms and is easily-portable. I only have minimal testing of it so far. She used it to get up from the couch but maybe I can tell you a little bit about it. The assembly is minor and it's easy to assemble. The top part of it (handles, crossbars) is very well made and sturdy. All you have to do on the assembly of it is install 4 e-clips that comes with it. You just push them in the four holes. Those are for making it possible to fold it up. They lock it from folding up. You have to pop all four back out to fold it up. It takes 2-3 seconds on each. You then install the four legs and they each require a wingnut, bolt and a (my word) exploded metal washer. Exploded washer is my way of saying they mold into the metal. They don't exactly look right but they work very well. All of this is easy to do. Once that's done, you can push the metal catch on each leg and slide the height of the leg(s) to your desired height. I couldn't have built it better myself. Very good design, I did notice the front legs came up a bit when my mom first tried to get up from the couch. But she was grabbing the portion of the handles that was closest to her instead of grabbing the middle. That's just basic physics. I would recommend working with it for maybe 10 minutes just to get used to it. Have someone stand with you and make sure you're confident in it. I weigh 240 and was showing mom how to use it, it wasn't tipping with me at all. I will come back and post some results after mom has some time to use it and see how she likes it. As of right now, the quality and feel of it excellent, especially for the price. We looked at similar at one of home medical supply stores and it was about twenty-five dollars more than this one and didn't fold up. Excellent product, so far.

Fits well. Doesn't look very bulky. No drilling or extra fittings required. The adjustable height makes it convenient for all sizes. Very sturdy

I am now able to go away & stay in a verity of accommodation styles knowing that I can use the toilet and not require any help . Thanks to the Vaunn Delux Safety Toilet Rail we can travel again. Also easy to use and store. Money well spent. Thank You

Very handy, folds up easily and can be taken easily in the car for trips, to be used in motels or at rest stops. Fantastically strong and solid.
