I would give it a full 5 but the size is extremely small it won't last me long. But I have to say it makes my teeth feel renewed and not achy. I can chew without fear of my tooth crumbling like one did the middle of this year. I have a chip where a heavy steel buckle hit me in the mouth and bust my lip and chip one from tooth at the bottom but just two days of brushing with the powder the tooth feels different like the powder is mending it IN JESUS NAME AMEN 🌹

I love this stuff! I've been using it for a year and I still like it! My mouth feels very good after brushing. My gums are healthier and not bleeding, a problem I've had for years. My dentist was impressed when he looked at the product and said the ingredients are all good for your chompers and gums. Highly recommend! Caution, the taste will take time to get used to. It's charcoal.

I had to pull out the tin snips to get back into this tin after the first use. Some of the powder got into the threads, and it was impossible to open given the microscopic amount of perch available. I just snipped off the lid and kept the tin in a baggie instead. Having said that, it's the only thing I'd change. Plaque and tartar? Gone in one use. Value for money? Extremely high. Taste? Eh, okay maybe there are two things I'd change. It doesn't taste bad, exactly, it just doesn't taste good. It's sort of neutral, assuming you don't mind a carbon taste. Overall, I'll be getting more in the future, I'll just opt for a much better package: open it once, either keep it in a bag or transfer it to a different vessel entirely.

Switching to this product was definitely a change from my many decades on this earth using paste from a tube but I think it was a great choice. I feel like my teeth are cleaner and my mouth is healthier using it.

Horrible product. Turns your mouth black and tastes like pungent seaweed. Contains Bentonite clay, which is used on excavation work. I cannot believe this is a legitimate product. Just use baking soda if you want an alternative to tooth paste.

Great product but super HARD to open! I have to cut the cup!
