For full disclosure, I received this at a reduced price as a beta-tester. I've been a long time user of Jacked Factory's Altius ALTIUS Pre-Workout Supplement - Naturally Sweetened - Clinically Dosed Powerhouse Formulation - Increase Energy & Focus, Enhance Endurance - Boost Strength, Pumps, & Performance - Mixed Berry Blast (14.3 OZ) , but due to its caffeine content, I have to be careful how late I use it to have any hope of sleep. With PumpSurge, there is no concern. It mixes well with water. Taste is more towards cherry than lime with no sharpness to it that you get with some powders. I have had no problems using this for late workouts, it does not affect my sleep. I have noticed a decrease in being out of breath during HIIT, which is great! There's no noticeable hit as with caffeinated pre-loads, you just feel more aware and focused. I think this is a great addition to the Jacked Factory line and I recommend this if you don't tolerate or like the caffeine content in most pre-loads. I plan to try this stacked with NitroSurge to see how adding the caffeinated mix affects me and how it compares to Altius, but I highly recommend this just as it is.

After using Nitro Surge for a month and absolutely loving it, I was given the opportunity to receive and test/review Pump Surge before its release and I can't get enough of it! I was looking for a non-stim pre-workout for a long time with little to no luck, and really longed for that extra kick going into my late night workouts without the caffeine. Pump Surge has been the perfect option for me! No caffeine means no trouble going to sleep (except for the echoing sound of 45 lb. plates slapping together in my head and the constant urge to smash something but I can't blame that on Jacked Factory) and the ingredients combine for the perfect amount of focus and an incredible amount of vascularity! Never have I seen so many veins pop out of my neck and shoulders, it is truly remarkable how "swole" your muscles feel and the amount of blood that surges to your working fibers! With other pre workouts I usually mix some sort of pump matrix with Hydromax or arginine/citrulline but with Pump Surge I don't need to! This stuff is already loaded with everything you need for a MASSIVE pump! Plus, to top it all off the taste is absolutely amazing--the best I've tried in a PWO and I have tried many! It very closely resembles the taste of a cherry ICEE (but think of it being slightly melted and walking around target as a 9 year old kid and that's what you get). As an adult you might get weird looks when you go through the lego section of target with an ICEE but who cares? You look massive from all the Pump Surge you've been taking! Jokes aside this stuff is great and I'll be happy to try it again! Jacked Factory has my support all the way!

Loved the pump surge. Mix it with my nitro surge. Not like other pumps that I’ve tried that after a few workout sets the pump becomes painful and I can’t continue my workout, this I did not like. So with the pump surge I got the full blistering pump but I was still able to do all my workouts without it being painful. Plus the caffeine free is a plus so I can add it to my nitro surge without the caffeine over boost. Flavor was good too even though I mixed it in with the nitro surge.

Still loving this caffeine-free pre. I use it on days when I hit the gym in the evening and don’t want it to mess with my sleep. It gives a good pump and focus without any jitters or crash. Plus it mixes well and the flavor’s solid too.

I train about 4-5 days a week with a combination of strength training and cardio. I do heavy compound lifting such as deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press, etc. I have used this product for over a month now and I can say that it does not come anywhere close to a pre-workout containing caffeine. It feels that with Pump Surge I sometimes feel the pump and sometimes I don't. The 'laser focus' that the product intends on delivering is not always there. I take one scoop mixed with 12 oz. water about 30 minutes prior to training and since the product contains no caffeine or beta-alanine, I never feel like I am ready to go. This product may be good for beginners or those sensitive to caffeine, but if you are serious about lifting, I would look into other products such as Nitro Surge. I am giving my honest and unbiased opinion because I actually paid full price for this product.

No pump at all. Rather go for Dr Jeckyll stim free pre workout. I have tried the pump surge with two scoops as well still no pump at all . Waste of money . Stay away.

I am too sensitive to caffeine to take the usual pre-workouts, so I've been working my way through no-stim options, and I love this stuff. I'm not a gym bro by any means--I'm a 30yo woman who just wants to get a bit fitter. I'm not out to get all crazy ripped or whatever. My goal is to get through a double-header set of intense gym classes successfully. And this stuff delivers. I just go to the next exercise and finish my set of reps without having to talk myself into it. "Just 4 more. 3 more..you can do this.." None of that. It's like I'm just a machine going happily on to the next task. It's easier to dig deeper, and i have more to dig into with this stuff. I don't find myself feeling itchy/tingly at all, and it dissolves really nicely with a pretty decent taste. It's basically like koolaid in taste. I contacted the manufacturer to make sure i could take this without developing a tolerance, and they said to go for it. So I keep it around anytime i need to just buckle down and get through my tasks. I used it to combat a 7hr time change while traveling, and found that it really helped me stay comfortably awake and functional until it was time to go to bed. This stuff is great, and i tell all my friends about it.

Great stuff! Effective without the GI side effects (if you know what I mean).

Nothing to dislike about this product. Gives you that pre workout pump without the jitters from the caffeine based pre-trainers. I f your looking for a great pre-workout pre-trainer and are sick of the headaches and lack of sleep the caffeine based pre-trainers give you , this is the product for you. Don't wait grab this product now.

This product does not work for me. No pump and no extra energy.

Doesn't work tried over 5x now and just simply does nothing. Don't waste your money...
