I am so very happy with this set. It's heavy and of good quality.

This particular teapot was refurbished/a return, so I got it at a great discount. However, it arrived without the mesh strainer. I tried finding one online that looked like the right dimensions. I also went to the manufacturer's website for contact info and emailed them. THEY REPLIED, and quickly, and they sent me a strainer at no coast to me. GREAT customer service.

Beautiful set. Just like the photo. But it does not retain heat at all. It needs a warmer. Once i got the warmer, it was dramtically hot! Just one tea light but you have to put it on immediatly otherwise the if it gets cold the tea light will not work! I am amazed how much heat it gives.

The teapot has to be blotted dry to prevent rust on the exterior. It comes with TWO CUPS, not 4 as stated in the description. A special occasion teapot not recommended for daily use. Colour looks darker than the highly lit photos show. Still, I really love this teapot.

I’m use to a tea kettle that whistles and you can drink multiple cups out of. I am designing my home with Feng shui designs and this tea kettle looked perfect for my kitchen. Plus wanted to add some color. The kettle is really small. For one person this would be ok and for one 15 oz cup. Anything larger than that this would not work. It’s a beautiful set with the cups. The handle gets extremely hot when pouring as this little kettle is not light plus while pouring the steam and the handle can burn you if not careful. So I had to order a handle mit for this kettle. Heats really fast as cast iron normally does. I feel like it was alittle high priced for the kettle but cast iron is not cheap. Cast iron is the best product to heat any of your food whether water for tea or reheating a meal. When my husband drinks tea, we have to use our electric kettle as this pretty little Kettle just can’t keep up.

This is a high quality set ,not a cheap spin off. Enjoy using it for quests:) can’t beat the price.Amazing look too, very well decorated.

Je ne suis pas satisfaite de cette théière, l’émail a l’intérieur est très mince et vulnérable, j’ai déjà la même théière même model depuis au moins 20 ans et elle est vraiment mieux fini a l’intérieur, celle-ci je l’ai depuis peu et elle est atroce 😩 je dirais même qu’elle est toxique ☠️ il y a du noir qui s’écoule du couvercle rendant mon thé toxique et du coup aucune possibilité de retour ou échange, vraiment trop déçu 😞
