I tried their probiotic for 6 months and after not feeling great I looked for a better option. The toniq probiotic has all of the strains that were mentioned I needed from the test I took. After 2 weeks on the toniq probiotics I started to really feel a change in my gut. And now I have been on them for over a year and wouldn't go back to anything else. The quality seems to be there, the lids are sealed, and they smell really good too. Doesn't taste bad either. They are not horse pills so if you do well with regular capsules, you should be able to swallow these fine. Its a good brand, we use a few other products and have had no issues with quality.
