I’ve been taking Omega 3 supplements for the past 5 years, and I can hands-down say that this is the best omega-3 supplement I’ve ever purchased! 1- It contains EPA & DHA fish oils in the triglyceride molecular form which is better for the body than ethyl ester forms that are often found in other supplements 2- No fishy after-taste or the fishy burp that often happens after taking fish oil supplement 3- Over the past 2 weeks my energy levels have been up, I am feeling less “down” & my concentration has increased 4- Price/quality ratio is extremely good I look forward to continue taking this supplement & experiencing its benefit.
